Theory11 has great products, a great website, great customer service, and a great community.

They are always quick to respond and kind in their replies. I’ve never had an issue when trying to contact them.

I asked the team about some custom content for my business. Although they could not help me directly, they were able to give me a couple other suggestions that may get what I need. They were very quick to respond (less than 12 hours) and very professional. An overall positive experience and highest recommendations to work with them.

Love the cards. From the designs to the touch of their new cards. The designs are elegant and strong.

Theory 11 is one of the best magic company that I have ever had. The quality of the products were always amazing and the customer service is always helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend Theory 11!

I received a defective card. Theory 11 support quickly resolved the problem. I will be a returning theory 11 customer.

Mandy was professional and handled my issue with courtesy and efficiency. Thank you!

Theory11 has amazing, professional quality, unique products not only for the collector like myself but also for a person just looking for a great product to use. They don't just stop there though... they also have top-notch customer service. They have answered all of this muggles' questions since I started collecting their products with speed, courtesy and compassion each time I have one. I couldn't be more thrilled to repeatedly purchase from Theory11 knowing they not only produce masterpiece items, but show their pride in their products with world-class professionalism whether your question is simple or complex. Can't wait my lastest purchase (Harry Potter Puzzle inbound!!!) to arrive. - Jenn 🧙‍♀️

Awesome company, amazing cards, top notch customer service. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience.

A high quality enterprise. Top-to-bottom a great experience.

Awesome support. Very nice decks.

The response was quick and helpful. The recommendation was effective in resolving the problem.

My personal problem was handled within 2 days but I tried to talk to someone to save time on my end, I got no answer, no return call. Sent 1 email immediate response. Older people like to call in with their problems. But great customer service.

I've ordered before from Theory11, mainly their premium playing cards and have always been very pleased with the quality and service. Recently I ordered Neil Patrick Harris' Box 1 and Box 2 puzzles but after the final tracking update in the USA saying it has been handed to the delivery partner for its journey to the UK it all went quiet. After allowing time for it to arrive in the UK the local delivery company said they could find no trace of it. I contacted Customer Service at Theory11 and they asked the USA handling company to investigate. Within 48 hours the package had been located and a few days later was successfully delivered. I highly recommend Theory11, not just for their commitment shown this time to sorting the problem, but for the high quality of the products they supply.

Complete rip-off with shipping overseas!!! They charged USD 70,-- for a 50,-- order. I recognized while confirming, but it was too late. I´ve tried to cancel the order within 5 Minutes after the order without success. Customer service answered my mail on the next day just 30 minutes after i got the sending confirmation ... "sorry, your order is already sent" - what a coincidence...
