I absolutely loved this makeup course! Sharon and all of the instructors are super knowledgeable, kind, and they all taught the material very clearly and in easy ways to understand. I learned a lot from this course, and I'm very happy I came across it! I've been doing my personal makeup for 7 and a half years now with no formal training, and I learned so much from this course. It's really helped me with my makeup application, and the way the course was taught was really fun. Thank you all so very much, and I look forward to taking another course through The Online Makeup School. I highly recommend this course to anybody who wants to learn and/or perfect their personal makeup, it was wonderful! Again, thank you so much, and I can't wait to take another course to learn even more about makeup! :)

Really enjoyed this course, being able to watch videos and have notes written really helped me learn and retain information, assignments were fun and helpful feedback! I feel as though I still need a bit more training before I feel comfortable enough to start my own business but it’s a great starting point and learning of basics and essentials.

I absolutely loved this course. I have never been good at makeup and any time I’ve tried to learn I've gotten bored very easily but I felt like this course explained everything really well and it made sense to me. I was able to understand why things were done a certain way and follow the videos to try and replicate the techniques while ensuring it worked for me.

Course was very interesting and helpful. So convenient, you can do it at your own peace. Looking forward to complete more courses.

I found this course to be very easy, there is a lot of content, but it is explained in a way that makes sense. By the end of the course, you truly understand what colors and styles you should use to suit best and make you look your absolute best. I would recommend this course to everyone.

My experience was great the only thing was as a colored woman we would love to see more women of color as your demonstrations. But other than that your courses was not long and very detailed. I loved it

This is a great program... I love the easy-to-follow directions and the practical demonstrations; the beat part is that they have examples for hooded eye makeup, which is wonderful!

I didn't learn much more than I already knew from YouTube. Other tutorials would have been cheaper.

If you're a person who's more science than art, a business person who wants a clean professional look, or someone who likes to learn *how* to shop for makeup this course if for you!! I am not naturally interested in fashion and not particularly artsy, but still want a clean, professional look for everyday makeup and occasionally want to dress up. I usually feel more anxious than excited when I walk into a makeup store because there are so.many.choices. This course takes that anxiety away. There are product recommendations to give you a starting point, but the focus is more on understanding your own skin, color profile, and personal style so that you are empowered to select products that work for you. Love this course. Highly recommend!

This course really goes into great detail about every single area of makeup from teaching about color theory and undertones to application of false lashes. I definitely feel like I learned a lot from this course and will continue to refer back to the videos when I’m in need of quick tip reminders.
