Was concerned with location, but I shouldn’t have been. Excellent experience, saved a bunch of money on hard to get and pricey Italian jeans. Had my size, and got here quicker than anything I ordered from America, I’m gonna keep watching their site for my sizes.

Excellent personalised customer service. From the time i submitted my online order, Algirdas contacted me and offered his help to find the right shoe size for me. This was helpful because it turned out that i had ordered the wrong size ( a larger size than i thought) and i was able to revise my shoes size to the size that fits me best. I was impressed by the speed of the delivery of my shoes because this was an international delivery. I will definitely recommend their shop.

Price was the best I found, even with import duties, item was exactly as advertised, shipping was prompt and customer service was outstanding. My package got held up by DHL and the owner checked in with me via email to ensure I was aware of the issue and that it was handled. Great reatiler, I highly recommend.

I needed a pair of Carlos Santos Chelsea boots in UK 5.5 and the lowest they had on the site was UK 6. I contacted them and they were very happy to custom order me a pair strait from Carlos Santos in the size I wanted. They told me it would take a couple of weeks, a couple of weeks later I got them and they are great. Will definitely shop here again, great customer service.
