LEEDS 2025 3RD AWAY KIT - a genuine FAKE.
PLEASE----- do not buy!!

Recieved a leeds united kit from these people and the shirt was at least 2 sizes too small.

Interestingly the vendor asked for proof including photos proving the 2xl shirt I ordered wasnt right.
We compared this to many leeds shirts we own, provided the measurements from leeds united themselves and even took the shirt to LEEDS UNITED shop at Elland road who confirmed it was indeed a Chinese fake and in no way matched the colours, sizes and materials used in genuine kit.
We compared 2 items side by side and could prove the newkits.com article wasnt right.

On contacting the vendor to once again ask for refund, explaining we had confirmed the item as fake, they insisted the measurements were being "looked at" and I was strongly advised not to "make unfounded accusations"

This was nearly a month of back and forth emails, delays, excuses, threats and now their website is mysteriously down.

Ive now requested my bank reverse the transaction, a fraud case is ongoing and im informed leeds united are also interested in discussion with the vendor.

DO NOT BUY! FAKE! POOR QUALITY, WRONG SIZE (unless your a 5ft chinaman) AND THESE GUYS WONT REFUND..

Watch for replies.. they will call me a liar, threaten, insisted I dont make accusations, take this review down, blah blah....

Terrible company!

States uk company on website.
Paid £25 express shipping. Took 3 weeks to be shipped.

Just after the 3 weeks for it to be shipped it stated my parcel was in Hong Kong.

Took another week to arrive afterwards.

I emailed 2 weeks after order demanding shipping refund was refused and made excuses.

They stated it had been shipped already which it had not, it took an extra week. They made excuses ‘due to delays with Royal Mail’.

It wasn’t even delivered with Royal Mail it was delivered by FedEx.
Still haven’t received my shipping refund, the quality is terrible and is obvious replica.

Absolutely amazing team at the New Kits, we ordered over 20 kits for our team and they came through. Amazing quality and excellent customer service.

First of all let me preface this by saying that the shipping does take a long time, so I would recommend ordering in advance if it’s a present or for a tournament. But when the jerseys arrive, they are FANTASTIC quality for the price, I bought a Barcelona 24/25 player kit with full UCL patches and name and number, and it only cost me €50! I really like this website, this has also been my fourth time ordering from them and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Take ages to arrive and then once it arrives and you need to return they never get back to you on email.

I mean I being trying to return my shirt for 2 weeks and I keep having to email them twice to get a reply.

If would not recommend using them. Got a email back today saying I can't get a refund on my item as the correct size was provided and can only get a coupon. After waiting and trying to get in connect with them they haven't really tried to accommodate a custom for a customer.

I orderd the 2024 republic of ireland shirt . In February waited 5 weeks on it to arrive. And they sent the wrong shirt. And two sizes to small.
After weeks of getting in touch and writing a review. Then I was offerd to send a new one if I took my review down. So I did . Then I received a message from new kits. Saying that I won't be receiving another top.. the customer service is woful..and I would defo not recommend this site to anyone.
No doupt they will be on here after me to tell more lies

The only option to contact the company is the email provided on their website. Email bounced back saying "address not found or does not receive emails"

Paid for express delivery on the 16th. Still no update to say the order has even been posted yet. 24/04/26.
