Excellent products with good quality and a great community. When I first came to the nerd hut I was greeted by a smiling friendly face and great customer service as Bridie (the owner) helped me pick the products that where best for me and what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the nerd hut so that’s why I’ve rated it 5stars!

The Nerd Hut is a little store with a huge heart.
The range is great given the limited space and a great deal cheaper than competitors.
The Nerd Hut has become my go to stop for anything gaming related primarily because of how friendly and welcoming Bridie is.

Just genuinely really helpful and pleasant staff. Couldn't ask for any more! Not an ounce of any judgement or expectations. I personally know little to nothing about collectables, games and all things within the nerd-sphere - Bridie (I hope I spelt her name right) helped me without judgement and has guided me on multiple occasions when looking to purchase gifts for others and when looking to buy myself tabletop game pieces. 10/10 for both her and her colleagues assistance, absolute boss!

Amazing store, nice personal service, you can order something in if it's not available even though the physical store is small, there's a wide variety of stuff on the shelves each week so definetely need to check often for all the cool stuff.

Used this great little shop a few times now, my son loves Pokémon so we go there ahead of the other big chains to help support small businesses.
They’re actually cheaper than the big guns as well!
Staff really friendly and include the children.

The nerd hut is a great place to fulfil all your nerdy needs, and to meet new people.
I’ve bought a few items from there, and really wish I had unlimited funds so I could buy more!
Being smaller, it really makes the place feel more personal, and the shop itself feels like a nerdy treasure trove.
I have heard that the ownership will try to fulfil customer orders too, and while I’ve not done this myself, I appreciate any attempt to make the customer feel valued and a part of a wider nerdy family.
Will always pop in when I can, and cannot recommend the place enough. Give it a look!

Super friendly owner. Fair prices and not overcharging for product's which the owner is ever transparent about the pricing. Need hut also has game nights which brings people together and is cheap entry to play. The owner will also look into any requests you may for a product and reserve for you. I'm glad a place like this opened up in Ipswich (UK), gives me a reason to visit the town center again

Great and friendly place, very helpful and has a nice selection of stock.
Also keeps you in the loop and gives regular updates on orders.

Bridie has a great set up and the stock is great, and she takes requests. I'm a massive Assassin's Creed fan and she managed to source some bits and now I have a great new rucksack. My wife a little one live going in.
