Andy was great throughout the application, getting us a DIP very quickly which enabled us to get the house we wanted. I had some challenges with my Right to Buy purchase, particularly around the credit checks and concerns about the building’s safety. Things were getting quite difficult until I met Andy.

He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. His advice and guidance made a big difference—especially as I was working with a trainee solicitor from the conveyancing firm, which added its own complications.

Andy has to be the best mortgage advisor I have come across by far. The way he dealt with remortgaging of my property was second to none, and was so responsive over text messages and even answering calls when called upon on.
So calm and collected person and never got angry with asking so many questions as you would, when going through the whole process and trying to find the best deal out there and so helpful with even filling out forms for you!
