Disgraceful . Tried so called free trial. Asked to pay .50 for conversion from photo to video only to find they had set up a subscription of 29.99 monthly. Cancelled. Shame as the concept and quality were excellent. Near to a scam as you can get.

I accepted reoccurring charges for three months because I had pretty good results animating still photos. I tried to suspend my account because I would be traveling for the holidays, but got charged anyways. They do not respond to my e-mails to cancel or suspend service. Also, If you do not use all the credits that you buy with in a billing period, you lose them. Use Grok or Alivemoment for more honest billing policies. Very disappointed after animating more than 240 photos using Momento with 85 % having excellent results.

SCAM! Do not subscribe!
They keep charging you monthly payments without consent! They give you no options to terminate subscription! STAY AWAY!

Scam. Paid a 1 off fee and the started taking money out every month from my credit card.

I’ve been paying for 7 months! I know know I’ve been scammed but how do I cancel this, there is nothing and no helpline!
Please tell what can be done to stop the payments 😫

Has been taking £19.99 a month out of my PayPal without consent.. avoid!!

Just realised I’ve been scammed. It’s a shame I have to leave a bad review, as I hate doing that.
6 months ago I thought I purchased one-off credits to try out a few videos. Never anywhere did I sign up for a subscription. I would never have signed up to a subscription if that was stated clearly. Flash forward a few months, and I realised they have taken £19.98 out of my account every month. Stupid of me to only notice now, yes. Company did respond, but takes no responsibility and says it was my fault. I think it is misleading and I feel really taken advantage of.

Ho anche aperto un account sul Vs. sito ma non è cambiato niente.
Qualcosa deve essersi bloccata ma non saprei cosa fare per rimediare.
Il vostro è un bel sito, le "animazioni" delle fotografie sono davvero belle e mi piacerebbe continuare a usarlo, ho fatto un video di cinque secondi ed è venuto benissimo, ma come si può risolvere il problema?

Took my money but I've never been able to get back on to the site. Managed to get 3 pictures on the first day but very heavy handed AI and wouldn't use again if I could. DON't waste your money.

Originally purchased 60 credits (28 May 2025) at an initial cost of £25.20 - which they tell you the normal price is £84.00.
Videos were hit or a miss - some were excellent while others were basically non existent.
However, what you are not told is that it is a subscription service and you will be billed at the higher rate at the end of a month.
Thankfully, I did not have enough money in my relevant bank account to pay this unexpected inflated cost.
This resulted in all of my remaining credits being cancelled.
No joy having them reinstated when I challenged them regarding this.

Purchased credits last month to try and turn a photo into a short video.... it did NOT work! I emailed the company for support, to no response... Then today attempted to take money from my bank for I assume a subscription which I did not authorise!!! Now had to cancel my card! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

the technology is good on some photos but failed on others. There is no way to communicate with the owners on the issue.
Moreover, they charged my credit card after one month although I have never authorized them to do so.

Most photo conversions are utterly useless. I bought 60 credits and the unused balance disappeared after a few weeks. Then an unauthorised withdrawal of £25.64 from my account with no credits given. They are thieves! No response to emails, no refunds!

Watch out for these fraudsters! They will charge your card every month claiming you are having a subscription! No where to be found that you are signing up for a subscription when buying credits. Nowhere to be found what the policy is when you're ordering credits. No where to found where to stop subscription. No support to find anywhere. In my case the card luckily expired before it was charged. Otherwise I guess I had to block the creditcard and apply for a new creitcard.

I had an old picture (1950's) of my parents during their engagement. I had 2 videos being generated (5s and 10s) and in both videos they turned into different persons. AI would be able to generate better ones if more data of my parent was available. But this time result was bogus.

apart from erratic results, the company have taken an unauthorised second payment from my account. I now cant access the website. If I could find an office I would probably be arrested.

They have no support. No way to tell them the credit used are not valid.. several pics have no effect.. it only dithers the image a bit..
This is taking money and leaving no phone for complaints..
They do not stand behind their work!

Not satisfied with the quality, there is no way to get a refund. Do not recommend.

F*%king scammers! Cant even generate one picture/video for free. You are forced to buy credits before you continue. So much for the false advertising, should report his to the EU regulators.
