AS FOR THE PRICE AFTER LOOKING INTO VARIOUS OTHER INTERNET OPTIONS I FOUND THAT BUYING FROM YOUR LOCAL STORES AND SHOPS IS BY FAR THE BEST WAY TO GO , IF YOU SHOULD EVER NEED ANYTHING ELSE AFTER YOUR PURCHASE IT'S A GUARANTEE THAT TANYA WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO AN EMAIL WITHIN THE HOUR OR LESS . GREAT PLACE TO BUY FROM WILL BE SENDING ALL MY FRIENDS THERE WAY .

Fantastic showroom and Colin was a great help. As I tried the chairs, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He allowed me to relax while trying each chair and I finally chose the Daiwa. The delivery was quick and easy too. Very pleased with my experience. Thank you Colin!

Great selection to try out and loads of experience in staff. Skeptical going in but purchased Daiwa Pegasus. Later had modern back send a second chair to my summer home. Good choice all around

I felt like I was already getting a good deal. But then they found out that the chair I wanted was discontinued, so they gave me a free upgrade and got a better chair for the same amount of money. I didn't have to pay taxes and I received it soon than I thought.

Modern Back had the largest selection of full body 4-D massage chairs in this area of Florida. I tried many chairs and I found the one that fit me like a glove and hit the trigger points that needed to be addressed in my body. Alexis at the showroom provided excellent customer service, and Charles, who brought the chair up to my 3rd story apartment and set up the chair for me, was excellent as well.

This was a wonderful experience start to finish. Thank you for all you do!!

The store had multiple chairs for us to try including all price ranges. We were not pressured into any one chair and in fact visited multiple times before we made a decision. We ended up I think with the most expensive chair in the store, but that was our choice and in fact they spoke highly of chairs priced much less that they carried.

Delivery was delayed a bit due to shipping from overseas but in the current climate where supply chain is causing delays for everything it was understandable and they kept us updated.

Delivery and setup was excellent. The team were very friendly, respectful of property and took time to show me several things about the chair I needed to know if we were going to move it.

I am very happy to support a local business that stocks chairs, allows you to make an informed decision and gave me a fair price. I know there are some places on the internet I could have saved a bit of money but those places didn’t let me try the chairs out, or give me the support and experience The Modern Back did. 100% satisfied thus far

Had a little trouble with the delivery. Came once to just drop off. Came back to perform "white clove install". Presently works just fine. We use it every day.

The chair works as intended. No issues - we paid extra for the white glove delivery and it was worth every penny. I do at least 30 minutes of massage every day.

Love this chair! We are very happy with the purchase. Our bodies are even happier; my gawd who knew a chair could be this good. My experience with Modern Back was maybe the single best online purchase experience ever. Tanya was responsive, had answers or found them promptly followed up when she said she would and was an enormous help in the decision to buy.
