Do not touch this scam company. A roll of cellotape! Instead of my mirror. They asked me to take down my reviews so they continue their scam. Thank goodness Clearpay have refunded me. Cannot believe they are still up and running. Shame on you

I wish I read these reviews before ordering.
I bought 2 mirrors costing almost £200 on 18th December, today 22nd January, I have received.. surprise surprise, a small roll of tape. I have reported this 'company' to the Financial Conduct Authority, Trading Standards and Action Fraud police. They have all advised they will be investigating them. I paid via Clear Pay and luckily after a few emails back and forth and with the crime report numbers as back up, they finally reimbursed me and agreed to cease future payments.
I urge anyone that has used these fraudsters to report them so that this does not happen to anyone else.

The biggest SCAM. I just received my lovely new sellotape, probably the most expensive sellotape I’ll ever pay for.
DO NOT buy from this “company” they make it look very realistic even down to the tracking number but you will not receive a mirror!! Just a role of tape 1 month later.

I have been fortunate to get my money back and I hope every single one of you also gets yours back. I hope who is behind this truly has the life they deserve.

Gave me a fake Italian tracking number/website. Then apologised and gave me another snide tracking number/website that said the "postman preparing parcel" since early December.

Also received a roll of cellotape which is actually borderline comical.

Don't waste your time or money - I can guarantee you will not receive your product.

A huge scam! I also recieved a roll of tape instead of X2 £200 mirrors! Ignoring emails and phone number is a mobile number. Luckily for me and unlucky for the fraudster my bank has refunded me the money

ITS A SCAM!! Never have I fallen for one of these before. I received a bit of tape and they claimed it was my parcel but told them I had cctv. After which, they apologised and told me they’d refund my money and it’s been two weeks and still no sign of a refund!

My daughter ordered a large mirror for £58 and received a postage stamp in return. Now they won't refund her. So beware if you use this company.

SCAM! avoid avoid avoid. All I received was a roll of tape. Luckily I got my money back from my bank but this company needs to be taken down ASAP! Reported to action fraud.

Please avoid. Genuine con. Paid £85 for a mirror and was sent a roll of sellotape. This is not a genuine store. They should literally be in jail.

I ordered a mirror to arrive before Christmas. Up till now I have not received the item. I emailed them git an email off Anna stating I should go and check with my neighbours or local post office, as she sent me the tracking details, which was all a lie.

I went to my local post office depot, which that's where it should be according to the tracking details, to be told there is no such tracking number.

I have been trying to contact the number they have on their web page but can never get through, it goes straight to voicemail.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be reporting this DISGUSTING company to the police and Customer Consumer Ombudsman.

They WIILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS by taking people's hard earn MONEY!!!

I ordered a mirror, instead a bit of tape in a small packaging arrived. They sent me the tracking and shown proof of this tiny package being delivered which confused me as a mirror would not fit through the letterbox. They told me there was a 'warehouse issue' sending the wrong product. I had emails with someone who did not address their name but asked for my details to refund me. Ever since I've chased the refund NO RESPONSE. The telephone number also goes straight to voicemail that's provided on their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Complete scam - nothing arrived and they fail to respond to any messages. AVOID.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. A roll of tape received instead of a £57 mirror. Luckily bank have refunded the payment after seller failed to do so

This is a scam!
I brought a £70 mirror and it has never arrived, after a month.
Tried to contact but there phone number is unavailable and so is there email.
The post code for this company is a random house in Birmingham.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!

Too good to be true! Any good review must be fake. All I received was a roll of weird orange tape. Have reported to Klarna and hopefully will get a refund. AVOID, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

Absolute scam of a company!! Paid £70 for a mirror to receive a roll of sticky tape, I emailed them asking for a refund they said they would refund took my bank details then never responded or refunded!!

Rating should be a zero but 5/5 for totally scamming everybody!! This company fails to deliver anything to you apart from a reel of sellotape!
Spent most of my early evening on the phone to the fraud team who have been very sympathetic and have agreed to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
