I always opt for the FREE delivery through Royal Mail.
The products are as described on the website. In good good condition and within a few days of ordering.

Nice product with lovely design. Delivered as promised-the outer packaging was damaged but as each set of curtains were individually packaged they were fine. Not yet hung so will update later

Very disappointing experience and poor quality curtain fabric.
One pair of curtains, poorly made, won’t hang straight, so creased, no way they will iron out. Have returned these. 2nd pair, also completely creased up. An hour of ironing following instructions on care label failed to make any difference.
The butterfly fleece is very nice, pity the curtains were so awful.

Excellent experience.
The items arrived well packaged, feel like very good quality. They look very good now they are hanging.
Only issue was delivery via Royal mail, advised 10:30 - 14:30, tracking system not working, chat bot not working, items finally arrived at 7:30. Driver advised he didn't get a van for his deliveries until 4pm.!!

Promt Delivery and well made goods

Fantastic Customer Service
I bought two pairs of Freya pink curtains, which were admittedly inexpensive, but the stitching was faulty on both pairs.
Customer service was excellent and they refunded me straight away. Would definitely shop again.
