The Milky Box Omdömen 

Took over 3 weeks to receive the order as it took over 1.5 weeks to ship out the order. Do not purchase from here unless you have all the time in the world.

Super frustrating as I received notification of shipment on the way the day after I ordered. It has now been over a week and the only thing that has happened is a label has been created. Nothing has been sent and customer service has no idea when it will be. When I complained they did nothing. Parents rely on timely formula delivery. This is ridiculous!
WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE/COMPANY AGAIN!!

At first I didn't have a hundred percent confidence in the quality of products that can be purchased here. But after I received recommendations from my friends who had already ordered, I trusted them and placed my first order.
Now I am already a regular customer of this company. And I often buy formulas here.

When my wife was pregnant, and childbirth was almost near the corner, I started to think of what to feed my baby with. I didn't want to buy something that was sold in the supermarkets, because I am quite skeptical about everything sold here, even if these are purely organic products. This is the way I stumbled into this website and started to read information about their boxes.
The information given about every box was clear enough to make a decision in the favor of the Milky Box. So far we feed our little baby with their food and baby doesn't have any problems with digestion or smth.

Th customer support is amazing. They respond in lightning speed to your requests and are very supportive and helpful in resolving any issues promptly. My baby is not able to stomach their product but that is not the product's fault. My baby cant stomach a lot of stuff. Very sensitive one we have.Anyways, thank you Milkybox for being great in every aspect. I wish others were half as good as you guys. A huge shout out to the service guys at the milyway support for helping us with our refund and everything else. Thank you and cheers!

Great company all around!

Very misleading lead times on website. When on the listing for an item, it shows a delivery time of 4-7 days and then below it shows express shipping as an option, leading the customer to believe the shipping time would be shorter than the listed time. Express shipping is $24.99 but you don’t get any earlier processing time, that’s an additional $7.99 for 48 hour turnaround time. I got a notification less than 12 hours after I placed the order on March 3rd but it did not ship/tracking didn’t update until March 11th. Apparently the shipping policy states they have 1-5 days processing time, plus shipping time but this was past that. Also I didn’t know they weren’t a USA based company, it didn’t state it anywhere in the ordering process. Definitely NOT worth paying $24.99 for express shipping when you can get free shipping from EBay and get it in 3 days. Lesson learned. They wouldn’t cancel my order nor do they accept returns. Checkout process needs to be updated to be more transparent. They also don’t give refunds if they don’t deliver on time unless it’s like 30 days past your order date or something ridiculous. Also I literally never write bad reviews but I’ve never come across such a misleading process.

I got my package in the amount of time they said I would. They answered any question I had within 24 hours or less.

Product delivered exactly as described and quickly. Grateful to find a reputable site to get my baby’s hypoallergenic formula from the EU. Also, customer service is very helpful!

The was customer service team was helpful to resolve issues but boxes took over a week to arrive despite rush shipping and the wrong/missing formula was sent.

AMAZING PRODUCT! My son loves this formula! The quality, taste, and ingredients are fantastic!

I requested a refund very shortly after placing my order, but was not granted it. I never received a return email. The product had not shipped yet when I requested the refund.

They have great products and the hipp formula is a trusted brand by many! Easy to order from and easy to work with

Shipped on Jan 17th and arrived on Jan 30th(took about 5 days to clear customs)

My experience for the first time with this company is satisfactory and the prices for milk are competitive. I come from Canada and here we do not have access to these extra brands for our babies but which is very dear to us.

I ordered more than 12 days ago and my order is still sitting in Germany. I purchased the same product from another website today and my order was processed within minutes, I received my FedEx tracking right away and current status shows the order arriving in 2 days. I hadn't seen the stated delays for order processing and then shipping with Milky Box so that's on me, but I won't be ordering from somewhere where I have to plan 1 month in advance to receive product on time.
