They are a horrible business, they have an AI chat email response and after a year, they finally cancelled my preorder, yet haven't refunded me! Theyre phone is disconnected and they dont respond on socail media... DO NOT BUY
Scam
Preordered a Spiderman NWH pop and have yet to receive it. They finally cancelled my order but won’t answer emails about a refund. Their number is out of service too.
Terrible Business Practices
It's shameful that every story seems to be the same and I had the same exact experience -
I preordered the Funkos months ago. Asked for an update multiple times after my wife and I saw the preordered Funkos on display at a Barnes & Noble.
It's like pulling teeth with Julio - "they haven't come in yet, see our preorder chart." And it's a snip of an Excel spreadsheet showing a few items with various dates, all of which have already past.
I figured enough is enough, I asked for a refund, and I guess (as someone else mentioned) he *had the products the ENTIRE time, in hopes you would forget about it.* I'm now getting 1 of the 4 Funko's I preordered and will hopefully receive a refund on my other 3, but I'm not holding my breath.
Absolutely shameful. Your store is in the Rio Grande Valley, I have huge respect for the people there. You are doing an absolute dis-service to the entire south of Texas by pulling this kind of sham.
A big time scam
A big time scam, paid my order 1 year ago OCTOBER 2024, the shipping date was promised DECEMBER 2024, it then changed to MARCH 2025, and today its OCTOBER 2025, A YEAR LATER, and there is still nothing happening. The shipping date constantly changes. Have been writing to them via email and they dont really seem to care. When are my items coming ???? or my money ???
Things didn't go well
Things didn't go well. I placed a pre order for a set of pop funkos back in April for delivery in "summer". The item released and sold out on Funko and everywhere else was selling them out. Meanwhile people are getting them in their hands by mid June. I kept asking when mine would be shipped and they kept referring to a page that said "summer". No information and entirely unhelpful. At the first of August we were moving I contacted them again to see updates and they changed my address. However my mid august I asked again as we are quickly moving into to fall. I'm also seeing this item all over the place for sale from resellers. It definitely has been released since mid June. I finally told them mid August to cancel because when I asked before cancelling they changed it from Summer to FALL so the date keeps moving and never have a delivery.

Pre Order some Pops in early December 2024 for a release date of February-March, which was then delayed for “Spring”, by May I had started emailing them asking for updates always said Spring and then all of the sudden they said it was for “Summer” now which I then expressed how Unhappy I was as they had been telling my Spring since March and now it’s a Summer release, they replied only saying “This is the current date provided by the manufacturer” as every other store has got the Pops I ordered already in store.
Horrible
Horrible. They are offering a gift card saying it's too late to get a PayPal refund. I do not wish to do business with them and they have terrible morals to do this to people
Stay away from this Scam
Stay away from this Scam. Don’t buy they will sell you a “preorder” and never ship it hopping you just forget it about it and If you don’t they won’t refund you regardless unless you email their garbage support multiple time and then only issue you a partial refund. I don’t know how this “business” is even so allowed to operate when they are obviously a scam.
Preordered 8 funkos back in FEBRUARY…
Preordered 8 funkos back in FEBRUARY 2024 that were preorder for a summer release. It is now December and they still haven’t shipped. Terrible customer service. Will not buy from again

Pre Ordered and paid for 2 Funko pops with ship date Nov 2024. Inquired about my order today Dec 5th. Now they're telling me I should expect them this winter

Ordered two Funko Pops on pre-order back in August 2024. They were supposed to ship in early November but here I am near the end of November and no update at all on a shipping date. I emailed them and have not heard back at all. I am going to just cut my losses and just order the Funkos on Amazon since I know I'll actually receive them. Do not order from this place ever, you will never receive your items.
Crooks
Beware, Beware. They are the worst in the business. Beware, they charge restocking fees when they don't even have the stock. They don't get back to you either. When looking for answers, you have to email them numerous times to get an answer. Customer service is trash. A bunch of crooks
