When contacted via WhatsApp, they were quick to respond but quite elusive. They never said how many days it would take for my items to be delivered, just saying I had time. This led me to believe it would take a week or more. It turned out they needed 2 days. That already made me spend more money than needed as some customised items for my guests won’t be used as they won’t come to the party. Then the Website had glitches and a couple of mugs had a price increase which made me believe the customisation was wrong. Tried to fix but no one contacted me until it was time to deliver. Then got an email to provide my phone, which I did and not only they had it via WhatsApp but also couldn’t be bothered to check their emails, which by the way I couldn’t reply to as their email was wrong - I had to find their email on their site to provide my mobile. Had several requests to speak before final production, was wrongfully charged for some items and they do nothing. Just hoping the items are genuine and decent. I will be placing a formal complaint with consumer protection.

I placed an order on the 21st march 2025. I ordered two UV protected polo shirts and an oversized T-shirt. The estimated delivery was 24-26 march. It is the 27th and after multiple promises and downgrades due to product unavailability such as no more UV protected polos or premium cotton for oversized T shirt unavailable, the delivery has still not arrived. Not recommended.

We placed an order for some AirTags. The communication with the supplier was very good and fast. The delivery (even if a small delay) was also uncomplicated and the supplier shows flexibility.
The product itself is an original product and the branding is according to our needs. Color could be little bit more strong.
5 stars well deserved.

Never received my order despite multiple follow ups and promises. Placed the order 6 months ago. Simply put, I was cheated out of my money. After a while, they stopped replying. What a shame! I’m never forgiving them.

I'm absolutely delighted with the merchandise (two printed t-shirts, a printed cooler lunch bag and an embroidered robe). Not only was the service timely, with great communication throughout, the merchandise is incredibly high quality, and the printing absolutely perfect and crisp, true to colour and design. (And then the shipping was fast, too!) Also, I have never seen such well-made t-shirts and such beautiful fabric. Astoundingly good!! I'm definitely looking forward to ordering more!

I recently ordered several items from Merchlist for my events, including t-shirts, water bottles, hoodies, and baseball caps. I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed! They helped with the design of my order and despite telling me it would take up to 7 days for delivery they managed to turn it around in 3 days after a special request.
Quality of the polo shirts and hoodies are great too.

I ordered on 28 November, asking if they would be able to deliver before 1 December, they said yes. I paid and expected the order to be delivered, when I followed up on 2 and 3 and 4 December, they casually said it would be out for delivery on 4 December, it arrived but only 50% of the delivery arrived. When I asked where the rest of the order was, they said I would receive it on 4 December, it didn’t arrive. I followed up again on 5 December, they said it was out for delivery, it didn’t arrive. 5 December I followed up twice, no one is responding to me anymore. I will need to report them to the ministry of commerce. The service is unacceptable

Loved it , took a week to arrive but it’s ok loved the fabric quality the print was excellent the pictures came out perfect I was worried so much about the quality but it was great and I was happy with it , will order from here again thank you so much
