Couldn't be happier
Ordered my new mattress online so was a little unsure what to expect.
I got a call from Sean at the store letting me know when to expect delivery and from there on the communication was excellent.
Mattress arrived quickly and delivery guys were very polite.
The mattress itself is fantastic quality and good value. I went for the Beauty Sleep Anti Stress mattress - very happy with it.

I bought 2 single mattresses for my sons bunk beds. They are really good quality mattresses, my kids didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning haha!

Absolute scam! Paid £350 for what is supposed to be a hybrid mattress, it's a crap foam mattress! Absolute con! Just avoid! Fuming!

Called in Friday lunchtime as needed a bed for the weekend due to unexpected visitors. Good price, decent choice and exceptional service with bed delivered and assembled within two hours. Highly recommended!

Is a really friendly family run shop…
Is a really friendly family run shop with high quality products and awesome customer service! We chose the Chesterfield in black (king-size) and we love how solid and well built it is! Our budget was around £800 with a mattress and the nice woman helped us get there. Hybrid mattresses are unbelievable comfy and very affordable. Also we had our bed delivered and assembled for us, in our apartment, just 4 days after purchasing which was awesome!!!! I wrote this in our bed in great comfort, just makes sense. Thank you so much Mattress World ❤️
