No point even bothering with other brew suppliers. Everything you need is here, and a lot of it is free! Orders get shipped out quickly, just need to pick the right courier for your area. But even that is a breeze as you can take your pick of courier at checkout. Can’t fault them. 10/10

I really do love this company and buy all my ingredients from them, they are fast to deliver and great quality. They also provide really good info and recipes and cannot fault them for this. I have one issue, I recently required a beer line coupling costing £3 and I'm sure weighing practically nothing and they wanted postage of around £5 minimum, this would have cost them a second class stamp!!! I eventually purchased from another beer merch provider who charged £2.40 postage. I think mm need to rethink their small item postage rates.

As I've been having a few issues with my last few brews, I decided to go 'back to school' and attended one of their brewing days early October 2025. Nic from Malt Miller was exceptional and provided heaps of advice and guidance on every aspect of the process. Please don't tell my wife how much I really spend with them! I went to a Brewday experience at the Malt Miller HQ last weekend. It was great to see behind the scenes at the Malt Miller and spend time with people who have an interest in brewing and beer. I came away having built on my knowledge and the Strata Nevada wort, now happily fermenting at home, was an added bonus.

The team at The Malt Miller have been fantastic with me on every interaction. When there are any issues they have been superb, quickly sorting out whatever the issue is, including shipping out replacement parts very quickly. It is very rare to find this level of responsiveness and customer services.

Their kit and ingredients are very good quality. I'm only a small batch brewer, but got very good feedback on the quality of the beer!

I'd placed an order for a Brewzilla with accessory kit which arrived in very good time. However the neoprene jacket was on back order, but that wan't a problem. I realised I'd forgotten to order a couple of other bits to go with it so emailed customer service asking if I could add them to the jacket when it was back in stock. I big shout out to Nic who not only said it was possible, but gave me simple intstructions on what to do. Thanks Nic!
