What went right!
What went wrong? Much quicker to say what went right! Nothing. I ordered two all grain recipes on Thursday. I got the usual email to say you had the order and would process it. Then nothing until Wednesday when you asked why DPD had sent it back? So what went wrong? You tell me!

One disgruntled customer
When the parcel arrived it had obviously been thrown over the gate. When I opened it two of the tins had been damaged and leaked all over the kitchen floor. It took a considerable time to clean up. I'd suggest you change your delivery company.

Hi Patrick, really sorry that this has happened via one of the couriers. Malt Extract is especially sticky, so we completely get your frustration. Have you raised this with our customer service team, as we can look to replace the damaged extract for you and escalate with the courier company. Just so you know for the future, we offer three different courier choices, Evri, DPD or DHL - meaning that you have the choice to select your preferred one baseon who you personally trust more in your local area, as this varies from area to area.

What’s not to like?
The site is easy to navigate and gather what you want in your basket, despite it being a free delivery due to monetary value my order arrived within 48 hrs and was very well packaged and contained exactly what I’d ordered 👍👍👍

Delivery of my order unacceptable 6 days with 4 false dawns still not got my order even though dhl say it was delivered coulnt be delivered nobody in untrue and sending emails saying next day as had issues.not happy
