Back in Spetember, I was seriously looking to change my health parameters. I had 2 years of extreme stress on a professional level with High BP and Cholestrol.
I approached Khyati from The Magic Vacations for a yoga retreat to help my problems. She shared multiple options across Kerala. However due to time constraints, I requested for something closer to home. She suggested 2 retreats in Bangalore. While I was still unsure, she arranged a discussion with doctors at Shatayu Ayurveda Yoga Retreat
After discussion I opted for a 7 day, but Khyati suggested that if I need to change I should go for atleast 14 day. With discussion, took a 12 day treatment package.
I reached the retreat on 8 Oct. From day1, Dr. Arundel, Dr. Lachita and the others took extreme care of my health. They explained all the procedures and how each of them would help in my factors. My main masseur Shinoj was considerate and took care even when I almost fainted. The food served though pure veg, was extremely tasty and served in right quantities. The hospitality from cleaning to meditation and Yoga was excellent.
My results speak for themselves. A lot of thanks to Magic Vacations, Khyati and all the doctors and staff at Shatayu for this.
