The company were amazing and took a lot of stress out of moving. The removal people and packers were incredible. They were friendly and nice and were amazing at their job. They were professional and took pride in their work and were careful with our belongings. Thank you so much!

Extremely happy with the London Removal…
Extremely happy with the London Removal Company. They had a reasonable quote, packed up everything beautiful and worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days of the year. All the staff were personal, hard working and just lovely friendly people. We will be moving again in 6 months and will definitely be using them again.

Warning! We got carried away by the price but did not read t&c’s properly.
The team were efficient and friendly. Forgot a few things, scratched a few newly painted walls and broke some plants and pots. Not the end of the world...
... BUT they destroyed two very expensive pieces of artwork and refused to give us any compensation.
Don’t select this company because of the low price, it may cost you ten times more!!!

Warning! We got carried away by the price but did not read t&c’s properly.
------1) Please note that the customer has to agree to the terms and conditions before any removal has been carried out. Had they have read the T & Cs “properly” as they put it we could have extended the 7 days after removal claus and replaced it with for instance a 21 day claus so that any claim with in that 21 day claus could be reported to our insurers without any problem whatsoever. ------

------2) From the email conversation with your partner he said that the prints were folded and ended up with lines on them and in his email your partner said that the prints were rolled. We have spoken to the manager who was in fact a packer on the job and he has said that he didn’t and wouldn’t fold any prints.------
Don’t select this company because of the low price, it may cost you ten times more!!!-
-----3) We class ourselves as a competitive company pricewise and charge a fair price for a professional job.This was agreed with the customer prior to the removal being carried out with no hidden or extra costs added on removal day.----

Quick and easy pre-move visit to provide quote.
All staff very friendly.
Removal guys were wonderful on the day. Really quick packing up the day before. Took responsibility for making sure the move went smoothly on the day. Really friendly and made the whole thing as easy as it could be.
Only minor complaint is the 2.5% fee for paying by credit card.

Premium level of service, more competitively prices than their competition.
My family and I had a fantastic experience with the London Removal Company. The quote based on the survey was higher than the phone estimate quote, but was still very much at the cheaper end compared to other high quality providers. The service was top drawer. The guys wrapped every little glass and bottle really carefully, and had to tackle some very tricky unexpected jobs (unscrewing a glass door to get a washing machine out of a bathroom, disassembling a huge dresser to get it to my top floor etc.) for no extra charge. They were great fun and a pleasure to work with. There was a small waiting charge as I didn’t get the keys to our new home until 4pm but the guys stayed late until the job was done. Top quality and very competitive prices.
