Great service and product
Great service provided by these guys. Very knowledgeable and helped me with all the questions I had. The Reset 5% was exactly what I needed a great product that really helped with my anxiety.

Great product and great service
Great product and great service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also had some follow up questions for them after I received the oil and I found their advice really helpful. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great product for sports recovery
Great product. Used a little after a game of rugby and sore muscles weren’t nearly as bad the day after. The London Botanists were also great with helpful advice on doseage.

We are very impressed with The London Botonists. It is our first time using this kind of product and we were surprised with the support and help offered in answer to our many questions along side the product itself. We would definitely recommend the Reset 5% CBD oil and the company itself.

First time trying cbd oil and I can say…
First time trying cbd oil and I can say that it has helped with my general mood amd anxiety. The taste is a bit difficult to explain, but it's not unpleasant and you get used to it. I will be re purchasing when I run out

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that the CBD is not achieving the desired effects. May we suggest keeping going with the bottle as sometimes it takes a little while for your body to react. We would also suggest upping the dosage and making sure you leave the oil under your tongue for at least 1 minute. If you would like, we would be more than happy to have a phone call with you to give you specific advice. In terms of the taste of the oil, we have a very gentle extraction process which keeps much of the plant’s natural constituents in tact in order to make the oil as effective as possible. This does however result in a stronger tasting oil... some people like it!
Hopefully this helps but again, we would love to have a chat with you to see how we can make the oil work for you.
