I would like to thank little keepsake company for the wonderful customer service and help with my order. I wanted a gift for a friend who was having a hard time and the ladies on customer service went above and beyond to help. thank you

I would like to give zero stars if I’m honest bug wouldn’t allow me to write this. I purchased a bracelet and added a disc with my granddaughters initials as a gift for my daughter. The first one broke after a few wears and they sent me a replacement but the second one has broken in exactly the same place after only a couple of wears. I’ve tried to contact them again, this time asking for a refund as this item is obviously substandard and, with no response whatsoever and I think I am now blocked. This item was not cheap, I paid extra for the disc and a little box. I would not purchase anything else from this company after reading other bad reviews too. My advice would be to go to a decent jewellery shop because at least you hopefully have a more decent customer service. It’s a shame because I like to support small companies but I’m afraid this company is a waste of money. You might as well throw it away.

Ordered item for Christmas present, looked nice enough but the silver clasp broke on the first use. Contacted them via email (twice) and via phone and left a message. No response from them.

I ordered a necklace on 21/12/23 and it was supposed to be next day delivery. I am still waiting!!
I have emailed numerous times and tried to call to no avail.. customer service is a disgrace 🤬I do not recommend 😱

Purchased a bracelet for Christmas & it broke the same day. After providing a photo of the broken item, sending numerous emails & trying to call, no one has advised how to get a refund. A shame really because the items are quite nice. Will never buy from here again.

Wonderful customer service! Received a charm with a handprint and footprint of my baby engraved onto it, and initially there was a mark on the prints. I messaged the company and without question they sent a replacement special delivery in time for Christmas. Really impressed!

Purchased a little charm for my daughter where you take a pawprint from your dog and they print it onto the charm . A few months later the print has gone COMPLETELY and they are not responding to emails .

Bought a bracelet in October for a friends 60th. Went to wrap it two weeks ago the whole piece was black! I’ve worn sterling silver jewellery for many, many years. It should NOT tarnish as quick as this. I have tried emailing and leaving a message on Instagram no reply whatsoever.

Fault with their website meant that two items were paid for and sent out, no response to emails, avoid.

A very poor experience with this company. The customer service seems to be non existent. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere

Purchased 2 initial necklaces for my nieces. The initial tags are so small i will be embarrassed to give them as gifts. Very disappointed and they weren't overly cheap.

I ordered a keepsake locket for my sister with my mums handwriting. The necklace arrived within 48hours and the quality was absolutely stunning. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!

Bought my daughter in law bracelet it broke they replaced at a cost of half price,I accepted that but same thing happened and she hardly wore it. Not impressed!

I’d bought a necklace to hold my dads ashes. The top had rotted after a couple of weeks and the necklace had fell to the floor with my dads ashes going everywhere. I had rang the company crying my eyes out in which they took days to decide they were going to replace. Now I’ve had a replacement the same has happened! I’m appalled as this is meant to be a keep sake forever and I’ve had the necklace with my dads ashes fall into my bra. I am absolutely furious with the company DO NOT BUY

Contacted customer service to see if possible to purchase a replacement birthstone charm as the stone had fallen out of the one I had and was only purchased in April. Got an almost immediate response (although was in my junk mail so took a few days for me to notice). I was asked to send a photo and they were very apologetic that this had happened and they offered to replace it free of charge. Delighted with their customer service.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with my necklace purchased for my mother in law as her 50th birthday present. It’s a stunning silver chain with a heart ingraved with her late fathers handwriting on and has a beautiful silver feather also attached. It is honestly so pretty and something I know she will treasure forever.

Rubbish company. Avoid there are much better small businesses to choose from.
My husband bought a necklace for me with my children’s names on 8 months ago.

I literally itched my neck the other day and the chain broke in half supposed to be sterling silver. Never had anything like it.

When we contacted them to say this they told us as it’s after 6 months it’s classed as wear and tear.

My husband emailed back to say I don’t expect a sterling silver necklace to break after 8 months. They responded with sorry you feel that way. Joke of a company.
