There’s not much to say, I ordered an oxblood motto jacket. The prices are fair, and the quality is decent no issue with fit either. The free delivery service absolutely rocks, but it takes a lot of time to arrive.

I particularly don’t wear jackets, so I have no idea about leather’s quality, but I wanted to get my boyfriend a cool jacket this valentines days so I ordered one from their site in L size. Personally, I wouldn’t be writing, but my boyfriend loved it a lot. It fits him great, he has no issue with quality and he looks like an absolute chad, so thanks a lot.

Submitted an order for a custom made 4xl size Lady Diana’s eagles jacket. What arrived within 3 weeks was shockingly good, the packaging was done nicely, and the size was as perfect as I described in description. The quality of the fabric is fairly decent, but it feels a bit too warm and sweaty, I recommend to try them.

I ordered a brown bomber leather jacket from their site. I was too sceptical about free shipping and had doubts the order would get delayed, but quite the contrary. The jacket was packed within the hour after ordering, and I received the tracking ID. The jacket arrived within a week, and the quality is great. The leather feels premium, with no chemical smells.

For the price of $250, I think the jacket is fairly good for halloween and costume parties. It feels a bit oversized, but the leather feels fairly premium. The shipping was right on time, and well packed, so a good experience overall…

The jacket is just what I wanted. As a leather lover, I’ve tried all sorts of jackets but never a shearling one, which I genuinely desired to wear. I stumbled upon their site after surfing through Google. My initial impression was already good for their site because it looked very professional, so I decided to order from them. The jacket arrived within 2 weeks, the leather actually feels soft and rich in smell, and the fur on the inside is also very warm and fuzzy.

I have heard absolute nothing from these people, I have attempted to contact them multiple times on their own website as to what is going on, if it has been shipped or not and they cannot even be bothered to respond.
Near 2 weeks and nothing at all
They take the money and leave it at that.

Beware!!! Took two months to finally receive the jacket. They kept promising 5-7 more days. Then started ignoring my emails. And it is not good quality. Do not waste your money!! They are crooks!!

Fortunately, I read reviews before ordering. I sent them several emails requesting information about a jacket … is it embroidered or screenprint, is the image on their page indicative of what will ship..
To their credit, they replied that these are knock-off jackets so don’t expect perfection

This company took me for $200.
They never sent me a confirmation that my order was received, they didn’t cancel the order when I reached back out, they sent me a crappy coat, then when I mailed it back to them, never sent me a refund. TERRIBLE.

Definitely a scam. they dont respond to emails. the jacket is pure trash. super low quality. The jacket looks kind of similar to the pictures on the website but feels like plastic. Im sure thats how they skate by. The sherpa on the inside has the texture of a shag rug and is falling off. Some of it got in my mouth. Disgusting.. Its horrible. no customer service at all. Showed up folded up 4 times over no tags no bill of lading nothing. I cant get the wrinkles out. It smells to high hell. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is a JOKE! ordered Dec 2nd think ok 7 to 10 business days I'll get it by Christmas... ya no.... after a week I emailed them asking about wen it would be shipped after emailing them 2 3 more times they finally said 5 to 7 days thats after the 7 8 days it had been already, so not getting it by Christmas at this point after another 7 days still no shipping so I spent another 4 days emailing them trying to get a response I got a very vague response " sorry it will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days" that's it.... after another 8 business days now passed Christmas it still wasn't shipped so I asked to cancel n get a refund took me about 4 emails n another 5 6 days to get a response saying I'd get my refund in 3 days so nothing came n my order at this time was STILL PROCESSING thankfully I paid thru PayPal n opened a case and they wouldn't even reply to paypal about the case or nothing so I get my refund finally just issued today, this company has the worst customer service ever there very unprofessional when they finally reply to emails, n based on the other reviews I'm glad I didn't get my item cuz it sure sounds like there ordering cheap crap from across the world n trying to pass it off as high quality in my case real NHL gear ridiculous n this company needs to be shut down !!!

I made a purchase from this site and paid extra for “guaranteed 7 day delivery”. It has now been a month and I have sent several emails and tried to contact several times and have not heard anything back. Fakes & Frauds!

I ordered a leather womans coat on December 10th, 2024 as a gift for my wife. Never received any communication from the 3 comanies that they go by: Western Outfitters, The Ecommerce People, or The Leather Jacketer. It was shipped December 31st, 2024 by The Leather Jacketer from Pakistan! I am now going round and round with PayPal over a refund. Stay away!!!

Please please. DO JOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. For me to write on here is a big thing. As I have been scammed majorly.
Ordered a “Los Angeles Dodgers Alpha Industries X New Era MA-1 Jacket”. Ended up taking nearly a month to arrive and when it did. It was one of the worst out together garments ever made. After investigating the Fed Ex package that it came in stated the package was from India! Go figure. The jacket wasn’t even an Alpha Industries’ brand jacket. The patches used were made from kids art and crafts ‘felt’ material. The jacket material itself was thin and flimsy. Honestly. Temu do better clothing and that’s saying something and they’re crap.
So going to try and get a refund via Amex. The company isn’t going to help. They’ve taken my money and that’s it.

I should have read the reviews first. Could have avoided all this hassle. £126! That’s a lot of money for a fake jacket. I am so fuming as I never wrote reviews even if things I’ve received have been bad. But this one took the urine. The jacket I got didn’t even resemble the image on their website.

A scam website basically. They make unauthentic stuff and those jackets that you really want aren’t real on this site. I just got my order and saw instantly that it’s fake. The quality is just so bad and badly made. Avoid buying from this site at all cost.
