Opening for the first time on 3rd April 2026, The Landmark Collection is a luxury collection of beautifully designed holiday homes in Wells-next-the-Sea, one of North Norfolk’s most loved coastal destinations. Each property has been carefully created to offer something truly special, combining high-end interiors, spacious layouts, private parking and thoughtful touches such as hot tubs and EV charging. Every home has been individually styled to provide a unique and memorable stay. Our flagship site, Mill House, features seven stunning properties just a short walk from the harbour, beach and the town’s restaurants and shops. Whether you're visiting Wells for a relaxing coastal escape, a family getaway, or a special occasion, The Landmark Collection is designed to be a place you'll want to return to again and again.

What a fantastic place to stay.

What a fantastic place to stay with a great location to everything in Wells and the surrounding areas, we had a fab time.

The accommodation is very nice, it has everything you need and the finishes are to such a high quality. 😊

The booking process was simple and the staff were very helpful, Jenny was on hand to help during our stay.

We would definitely recommend a stay at one of their properties and will be returning in the future.

The hosts were very accommodating for…

The hosts were very accommodating for our needs as we travelled with small children. Answering lots of questions and bringing in extra equipment. We stayed in Atlas house which was in brilliant condition and beautifully styled. The EV charging outside the house was really convenient.

The SaltMarsh

We had an amazing stay and felt incredibly lucky to be the very first guests! The place was absolutely immaculate—like walking into a show home. Everything was brand new, beautifully presented, and finished to a really high standard.

All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. It had everything we needed and more, with lots of little touches that made it feel welcoming and luxurious.

You can really tell a lot of care has gone into setting this place up. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spotless, stylish, and well-equipped stay.

Amazing photos and customer service

I have booked to stay at the Landmark Collection in Wells for a week in the saltmarsh town house, I was completely blown away by the photos!! I received impeccable customer service from Jack, he was polite, attentive and couldn’t have done more for me when I was booking, I had a few queries and nothing was too much trouble. I felt in very safe hands when booking and I cannot wait to stay.

Booking was seamless

Booking was seamless. Great staff over the phone who answered all my questions. Excited for my stay at the Drayhorse! All the houses look fantastic, you've done a great job.
