Bras came orded size bigger still to small add promises to replace bra if not suitable but surprise surprise none in stock .if I didn't want them had to return ether to USA or Australia and had to pay postage my self .what a joke .orded total £75 wated offer 40% as a refund .really thought this was a company to help women with the horrible bra issues but no just another con .do not buy from them .

As for our return policy, it is truly the customer's responsibility to pay for the return. Our European return center is indeed located in Slovakia. We would love to have a return center in every country we ship to, but since we ship our products to three continents, that would be almost impossible to do at this stage of our development.

I received my order, (Dec. 21) but it did not fit.. told to return for refund. Paid for parcel to go to Europe address, (Slovak Republic)... returned to me after a month undelivered. Then was told I could have a replacement without returning original goods.
Have received my new bra after four months.
Everything ok now...thank you

Waste of money

The bra does not have adjustable straps so does not sit well on me as a more petite woman. Might be ok if you are an a solo average size. I then requested to return it as it is useless to me and was supplied with several addresses to return it to, all outside UK. I chose one and returned it at a cost of £5.95 only to have it returned to me today, many weeks later!! What a waste of time and money - don’t waste yours - get a product that has a UK base.

In response to a suggestion that I ‘reach out’ in response to this review I would like to say I after ‘ Reaching out’ the first time, I followed all instructions to the letter to return the bra. The note on the item returned to the address provided states ‘refused’. I will not waste any more of my time with ‘reaching out’ but count this as a good lesson. I will stick to purchasing from companies that have a British base in the future. Be warned ladies - this is a waste of money & time!

Regarding returns, indeed, our return center for European customers is located in Slovakia, and the cost of the return shipping is always the customer's responsibility. We would love to set up a return center in every country we ship to; however, given that we ship our products to three continents, it would be nearly impossible to do that at this stage.

I’m not sure what exactly happened and why your returned package was sent back to your address, but I will definitely have this investigated and make sure it doesn’t happen again in the future.

Nonetheless, I understand how frustrating this whole experience must have been for you, and all I want right now is to find a way to make it right.

I wrote an honest review about his product and the lack of transparency about the ease of returning a badly -fitting item. As you can see, this review was countered by “Paula “ who expressed her disappointment, and offered to help with a resolution. I did “reach out” to her and asked for a full refund as was received by another customer with the same complaint. As of now I have not received any reply, even though I have sent a reminder. I would be wary of believing all these platitudes about wanting to have satisfied customers. I still believe the whole thing is a scam .

A most unreliable company, be warned not based in the UK in UK …

My wife purchased a bra on the 5 March 2022, it still has not arrived despite many emails to the so called customer service, who tell me a tracking number has been allocated, however the bra has not moved from the distributors. Luckily, we paid by Paypal and I will initiate a dispute to retrieve the money. I will also comment on this unreliable firm with our neighborhood forum, this will reach tens of thousands of people. This is basically theft and a scam. Be warned they are not based in the UK, the website does not mention this

I understand that shopping with us has turned out to be quite disappointing. We have to admit that we were not adequately prepared for the ever-increasing volume of orders. As a result, processing orders for some models has taken longer than usual.

As a general rule, it takes about 10-15 days for an order to be delivered. This is the timeline that we usually provide our customers. However, despite our best efforts, exceptions may occur. Our shipping partners have also not had an easy time in recent months.

I understand very well how frustrating this whole situation must be for you, especially since you mentioned that you did not receive any useful information to find out what was going on with your order.

The Lacybra is lovely to look at, is soft on the skin, and I'm liking it so far. I love the wide back fit to eliminate the dreaded back bulge. I'd like to review this again after I've worn it for awhile.

Absolute sham!

I ordered a bra which unfortunately didn't fit. So I looked at the instructions to send this back and realised that you had to pay and there was no address in the U.K. The nearest address is Europe! I copied the address given but the Post Office could not find it on their system. I emailed the company to ask for advice and was told the address is correct and they have thousands of orders coming through there. Not sure how to go about sending this back now and how much it will cost!
A RESPONSE PLEASE!
Update - still no reply and Post office not recognising return address. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE 16/5/22
The parcel was returned to me as I eventually managed to get it sent.
I now want a full refund for the product and my postage refunded. Paula I hope that you get this sorted ASAP! I have taken pictures of the parcel for proof.

Rubbish. Do not buy this product. Mine was never delivered. Had problems getting a response from customer service who did not reply to emails except by useless and unhelpful automated responses. Helpline only open after 2pm. When I got through agent was evasive and unhelpful. Email supposedly sent to depot was never replied to. Got my credit card to eventually refund the money. Save yourself the hassle and do not be fooled by the promises in the advert.

I found the measurements table a little smaller than reality. I had to order bigger sizes than listed.
Very happy with the speed of the response and new (bigger) bras supplied.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! The company is dishonest.

I bought the bra and found that the quality is substandard. Ordered size 16D and found the straps not able to be adjusted and there is no support in the cup. I exchanged it for 14D in the hope that the straps would be shorter but still no support and cups were floppy as well. The ad videos obviously have an insert to give support, I know the difference between a padded and unloaded cup. My request for a refund was denied as it was beyond 14 days of receiving it. The delay was due to not being able to find the return address again and it isn’t displayed so I had to go deep down the rabbit hole.
Even though the company is registered in the U.S. it is actually a Chinese company. The ad shows the bra packaged in a pretty box. Both the items delivered were in a plastic zip bag which squashed the bra. DO NOT BUY THE BRA!

The customer service person was very…

The customer service person was very kind and polite. But I would give the bra zero stars itself. The sizing chart is way off. The only way these bras would fit you is if you are very long in the upper torso and have no boobs. The straps are not adjustable and even with some after market strap tightening things, my boobs are always falling out creating the ever popular double boob look in my shirt. They were nice enough to send me a smaller size for free because the first size I ordered according to their chart would fit someone 3 times my size. I didn’t mind ordering big because clothes from China typically fit small, but it was ridiculous. And the smaller one isn’t any better because of my boobs falling out even with the adjusters. Total waste of $60 I couldn’t afford, so save your $ if you are busty.

The bra arrived and it is beautiful

The bra arrived and it is beautiful, but it is a bit too big and the cups are a bit too small. I was careful with the measurements to get it right but I think my body shape is slightly different so the result was not perfect. I may try again with a smaller bra and bigger cups
