The Knights Vault Omdömen

great company to buy from, reasonably priced, fast delivery!

I made a mistake with my order and I telephoned and it was sorted out straight away. Staff were very helpful and friendly

I have kept coming back to the knights vault because it is so good.
This item is going to be a gift but I know the person I'm giving it to is going to love it.
The craftsmanship is top shelf and the plack is prefect.

Website easy to use but lowered my rating because I never got any confirmation of my order. Not sure my order is in the system at all.

Great customer service, they offer delivery options and armor looked great!

Delivery was much faster than I expected. The product was easy to track after purchase. It also looks like what was advertised on the site. I do wish that the product description came with specs such as length and weight but otherwise it was a good purchase.

What i order online is exactly what I wanted and my geek inside of me is super excited.

It took a while to ship but once it did it arrived very quickly and the sword looks absolutely beautiful on my wall. And the sword display thing looks amazing and was very easy to put together and attach to the wall, thank you !!!

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es nur wenige Tage gedauert. Es wurde per Mail frühzeitig informiert wo sich die Ware befindet. Die Ware hat die beschriebene Qualität. Alles perfekt gelaufen.

It got to me super fast and I emailed them asking on how long it will take to arrive and I got a response from the team super fast I am in love with my swords perfectly detailed in AWSOME condition can’t wait to use them for photoshoots 🥰🥰🥰🥹

It was very easy to find and buy what you want the quality is very high ordering for delivery is very easy too

Briliant ! i love that

Thank you very much for sending me the new sword. I confirm that I will exchange the previous one for the new one. I had a small issue with the delivery because I wasn’t in the building when the courier came. If there was any additional delivery cost, please let me know and I will take care of it.

The sword was delivered quickly overseas and the communication I had with the shop was great! The plaque/board that the sword is supposed to be hung on doesn’t fit the scabbard between the hooks so we had to re-drill. I absolutely love the sword though!!!

The website was easy to navigate, we had visited the shop when in Edinburgh 2 years ago and knew the quality. Ordering and delivery to Australia was incredibly quick and easy - very impressed how speedy it was.

We purchased our items in Scotland and trusted them to be shipped. We received everything in perfect condition and quickly. The quality is excellent and crafted beautifully

Bought a Rapier for a friend to celebrate them defending their PHD. They love it!!
Shipping to Germany was pretty straightforward and the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

Visited the store in Edinburgh and got some real good help and advice on how to buy and take what I wanted home.

super simple browsing and easy check out.

Team were nothing short of perfection from start to finish. The constant communication of the stages my order was in, answering every question I had, helping me receive my parcel when there was a slight mix up with the delivery; I couldn’t be more happy with my experience.
And do not even get me started on the sword I bought! Omg it is incredible. The detail, the weight of it, the presentation? Insanely beautiful and amazing!!
