I canceled my order less than 20 hours and a got a response via email that it was going to be canceled and refund money.
Now, 12 days later they still charged me even though product was promptly canceled. Now,12 days later asked they for my BANK ROUTING NUMBER to give me cash, even though I asked for the purchased to be canceled on my CREDIT CARD...look out. Filing Claim as I type this!

You placed your order on July 5th, approximately a week ago. When you directly contacted us via email to cancel your order, we provided a detailed guide and responded to you within 48 business hours. However, due to it being the weekend, there was a delay in our response. Our intermediary company, Stripe UK, is responsible for collecting payments from your credit card and managing the refund process.
In your case, the completion of the refund may take 15-21 business days. This delay is due to the use of a US credit card. Interbank transaction times and financial regulations between different geographical regions can lengthen the refund process. Therefore, in order to assist you faster and facilitate the process, we have suggested making a bank transfer to your bank account. Please note that it is not possible for us to commit fraud using your bank account information. These details are solely used to make payments to your account. It is important to remember that bank account information can be openly found, and many organizations, including eBay, Amazon, and Poshmark, require sellers to provide their bank details when setting up their accounts. Those who have access to this information cannot obtain your card details or password. They can only use it to make payments to you.

Buyer beware. They sell counterfeit items. Had the worst experience. Still trying to get AMEX to reverse the charges, they told me to ship items back to a bogus address in the Czech Republic. Spent $137 that they were supposed to refund me, they stopped answering my emails.

The original order was canceled due to not having said object in stock, after being although advertised that it was. They tried to convince me to purchase a Hermès ashtray insted, which, after close inspection, seemed counterfeit. I decided not to get anything else and ask for a refund (the item wasn't in stock, so it hadn't been shipped). It has been over 30 days and my refund has still not happened. My credit card is disputing the charge. They keep saying it's my bank, but my bank says they have not refunded the money. Too good to be true. It was supposed to be a wedding gift, which has come and gone. Scam.

This site sells counterfeit goods. I ordered items from the collection Hermes discontinued because I wanted to add them to my existing Hermes porcelain. The items that arrived looked so fake, it was a joke. I saw better Hermes copies at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.
I requested a refund but of course, never received it. So I reported this company to the US agency that deals with fake goods and will ship them the "evidence" as soon as they need it.
Avoid this place. I only buy Hermes items from the boutiques or the company website, and I learned my lesson never to buy from a "reseller" even if the collection is no longer available.

When you order something, California's brokers will receive a FAKE product sent from China and send it to you. When requesting a refund, they will tell you the address of the Czech Republic. Since then, there is no contact.
I left a picture of the evidence and I found out the address of the broker. I am preparing a detailed report for the police.

Overall, I received the 4 items I paid for. I love what I ordered and it was exactly what I received. While customer service was sometimes slow and they could not provide a tracking number, I felt the Fendi items I ordered arrived in a reasonable time. If you worry about those things as well as authenticity, then do not order from a third party. I can tell you I am happy with what I received, what I paid and the length of time it took to receive.
