Misrepresents the price as $399 only to show $299 once you download their app. Refuses to refund the difference left a bad taste. Their cancellation link buried several pages deep and in the bottom of the page.

I wanted to get access for a month but they charged me for 12 months.. I reahed then within 1 minute but they refuse to refund me the 11 months I did not agree to pay.. really outrageous...

This is a shady business
This is a shady business. They sneakily charge you for an annual subscription, sneakily auto-renew you, and conveniently don't offer any refunds. I reached out within 20 minutes of being auto-renewed, and we got nothing.
I don't care what their fine print says, everything they did was designed to take advantage of their customers and borderline steal our money. I rarely leave reviews for anything, but man.... this company is terrible.

Their subscription sign up page claimed a monthly fee, which, I naively took to mean a monthly subscription. But oh no, I wasn’t charged $33, I was charged $400.
Well shame on me for being a sucker. Writing this so hopefully others won’t.

auto-renew + no refund: unacceptable
The content is good if you care about what they cover. I lost interest and stopped reading.
They silently auto-renewed an annual subscription and refused to refund when I cancelled. Refer to your policies all you want- this is horrible customer service. I am disputing the charge.
Steer clear unless you like dry discussions of silicon valley things and being cheated out of $200.

There's no way to cancel your service, they do not send a reminder. They could careless if you lost your job in COVID. Dispute your charge because this company is fraudlent.
