I purchased a mid century style wall light and was extremely pleased with the service and delivery. The light arrived within the timescale promised and I was very pleased with the product itself. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Very happy customer!

I purchased this light for a vaulted ceiling as a modern take on the chandelier. Some of the reviews here mention shipping delays - this happened in my case too. I had a royal mail tracking number and the product was marked dispatched, however the tracking won't say royal mail have it until it arrives in the UK which took several weeks. When I contacted the company they replied straight away with the explanation and the light arrived shortly after. As for the light I am very satisfied - it is of very good build quality, was well packed, comes with some spares and looks superb when up. I'm very satisfied with the product and the price and would buy here again.

My initial order got lost in transit. Despite this I have rated 5 stars because as soon as I raised the issue it was sorted with no hassle at all. And the product was beautiful.

Ordered outdoor lights and i got fairy lights that wat not in the add at all , please don't waist your money

Order hasn't arrived. Tracking keeps updating to show item dispatched. Customer services keep claiming they are transparent about order being shipped from China - despite marketing themselves as a U.K. company with UK supplies. They have taken my money and are offering no resolution: first and last time I have ordered,

Speedy delivery but I was worried it would arrive damaged, Definitely no need to worry it arrived so well packaged there was no way it could be damaged in transit.
As for the light itself,it was so easy to put together and even came with spare crystals and hooks.
It's amazing up and looks far more expensive.
Definitely 5 stars for the product and the company.

Purchased the 12 light two tier Sputnik light, arrived quickly. When we went to put the light up one of the globes was broken. I contacted customer service who have replaced the globe without any hassle. Contact was quick and polite. Can’t wait until the light is installed.
