After speaking with Glen on the phone and with the team on chat a couple of times, I felt reassured and excited about taking the step to get a pool table for the back room. I was able to go a size bigger than I'd thought as well after checking the room size guide, so that was great, and the whole thing was smooth, from when I first found The Home Games Co on google, all the way to delivery and installation. Well that was easy..! I was honestly SO nervous about ordering a pool table online for my partner, but I needn't have worried. Customer service was so helpful on live chat, and actually following all the steps to customise the table was easy (I took the liberty of choosing the cloth to suit the decor of the house, as I can't say the green my partner wanted would have worked! Anyway, he was still happy cos it looks great, haha). Other than that, it arrived as promised and in time to help with the January Blues, so we're all happy!
