I am sharing my personal experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC.

In April 2025, I was contacted with a prize or promotional offer and invited to attend an event at a hotel. During the event, I was pressured to purchase a prepaid holiday package and asked to sign an agreement and make payment immediately. I made a partial payment at that time. The company told us the package would be valid for two years, but the contract mentioned only one year, which we did not notice at that time.

Due to financial difficulties, I was unable to continue immediately. After two months, when the package was close to expiry, I visited their office at Churchill Tower to activate it. However, I was told that their internet and phone services were not working, and I did not receive proper assistance.

For the next 60 days, I tried to contact them many times. I called their landline several times, but only a few calls were answered. I was asked to send emails, but the replies were unclear or delayed. I was also told that my requested travel dates could not be processed and that extra charges would apply due to high ticket prices.

After this, I shared my experience on social media. Following that, I received several calls from the company asking me to remove my reviews, and they said they would proceed with my package. However, I did not receive any proper solution.

The company does not provide a mobile contact number, and their landline is mostly unreachable.

This is my personal experience. Based on this, I believe there may be unfair and misleading practices. I request Dubai Police to look into this matter and encourage others in the UAE with similar experiences to come forward.

My experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about fraudulent sales practices.
During the sales presentation, high-quality resort hotels were shown to convince us to purchase the holiday package. However, after payment, the hotels offered were completely different low-quality guesthouses, far below what was originally presented.
When questioned, the company repeatedly avoided answering specific points and sent copy-paste responses instead of addressing the actual issues. Even worse, support tickets were closed multiple times without resolving the queries, which raises serious concerns about their customer service ethics.
There are also contradictions between the contract, welcome email, and later explanations regarding flights, transfers, and hotel standards. Despite multiple emails requesting clear written clarification, most of the key questions remain unanswered.
This experience strongly suggests misleading sales tactics where attractive properties are shown during sales but different options are offered later.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing any package from this company and ensure every promise is clearly written in the contract.

Scam company, they won’t book the tickets and very rude behavior

I would not recommend this company, as our experience with them was very disappointing.

We initially paid for a specific package, but when it came time to confirm the details, we were presented with additional conditions that had never been communicated to us beforehand. It felt as though the system was designed in a way that traps customers — once payment is made, new terms and restrictions suddenly appear that were not disclosed earlier.

Because of these unexpected conditions, we had to change our destination. However, even after doing so, the sightseeing packages that were promised to us were not provided once we reached the destination. There was no proper response or accountability from the company, and we ended up paying extra out of pocket for services that should have been included.

We also discovered that bookings were made through third-party companies rather than directly under their own name, which raised further concerns about transparency.

Overall, the entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I am genuinely surprised that such practices are being carried out in the UAE market.

We purchased the Turkey package but did not receive the services promised Communication is limited to email and calls are not answered. Despite repeated follow-ups, responses were unclear and delayed.

I had a very bad experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels. They do not answer calls, they give false promises through email, and nothing they promised ever happened. I have been following up with them for a long time to get my full Umrah package details, but they kept delaying everything without giving any logical explanation.

I visited their office twice because they were not answering my calls. On 12 February, Mr. Vineet promised that I would receive all my booking confirmations by 16 February. When nothing was sent, I visited again and their manager assured me that by 19 February everything would be shared. Unfortunately, I only received the hotel booking. They did not provide my flight ticket, transportation confirmation, or the contact details of the transportation representative.

Because of their delay, I could not apply for my Umrah visa on time. This has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Their behavior shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer service.

I honestly advise everyone to stay away from this company. They act like scammers, taking money and not delivering what they promise. I strongly encourage anyone facing similar issues to file a complaint with the Economy and Tourism Department to protect others from going through the same experience. You can email your complaint to the economy and tourism department email you can get it on there website as here in the comments it's not allowed me to put the email put easily you can communicate them.

We should all raise our voices together against such companies

Worst ever experience. They are con men based in Dubai. Government should take actions against these white collars!

I would give 0 starts if I could.

Never ever book with these guys and if ever invited to an event run by them, leave immediately. They never honour their commitment. Took money for 2 week Unrah package but now are telling me can only take 1 week. They had said there will be no blackout dates but whichever date I ask for, they say it's blackout and they can't book. They said they offered 0% interest and that was a lie. They claim they have deals with the banks but they don't. Be warned. Never ever book with this company

Anyone who got the money back please from these tour operator, please share your contact details. Looks so many are affected by this agency, need to go for legal. They even removed all of their google review for the victims to exchage contact.

HOLIDAY ISLAND TOURS & TRAVELS Dubai is one of the most misleading travel agencies I have come across in the UAE.

Their representatives stand at major malls and collect mobile numbers in the name of a lucky draw for a free holiday. Later, you receive a call saying you are a “winner” and are asked to visit their office with family to collect the gift. Once you reach their office, the real story begins.

You are made to sit with multiple staff members who slowly push you into signing up for a holiday package. The sales tactics are very aggressive, misleading, and clearly designed to pressure customers into paying money on the spot.

I deposited money for a future holiday plan. Due to personal reasons, I could not travel within one year. When I approached them in the 14th month to book my trip, I was bluntly told that my contract had expired and my request was not valid. No reminders, no follow-up calls, no customer support — only excuses when it was time to use the service.

They are very proactive until they collect your money. After that, customer service disappears completely. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HOLIDAY ISLAND TOURS AND TRAVELS.

Took package now scammed. Why this company is not banned in UAE

I had a very disappointing experience with Holidays Islands. As per our contract/agreement, they committed to pay the EMI conversion amount within 6 months (by end of June 2025), in two installments. However, they did not follow the agreed timeline.

They paid the first installment only at the end of November 2025, and that too only after repeated calls and continuous follow-up & multiple emails and reminders ,review.

They agreed to pay the second installment by end of December, but despite multiple reminders, they are not answering calls and not responding, and the remaining payment is still pending.

Overall, the service and communication is extremely unprofessional. They make commitments initially, but later do not take responsibility or honor what was agreed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. please stay away from this people . it will help you in future

Hi, we had taken a turkey package. But they didnt give us the services as mentioned in package. The communication is only on email and they do not attend anyone on calls which is very disappointing. After continue follow up also there was no proper response. The experience was really disappointing. We our planning to legal action against the company. We have accepted our financial loss but would not recommend to anyone to take their services.

Holiday Island Tours & Travels: Fake marketing promises- No REFUND!!!

Mr. Kumar S(sales head) and Mr. Santosh (sales team). Both are resigned as per today’s call with customer care.

Don’t get into the trap of false marketing strategies.
I paid 8900AED for 13 days Europe/ASIA/F.E/M.E trip valid for 3 years.
They promise all the requirements you have during promotion (multiple days, 3 years of validity and 4star hotels), during agreement they say everything you will receive in an email as discussed (I noticed they have mentioned only one week and 1 year valid) and agreed by saying they have current printed contract is only limited (something related to their anniversary), but in email you will receive everything.

1. Once you receive welcome email there will be nothing as promised. It will be as per contract not as per the discussion.
2. If you ask them through email channels: They will mention your ticket is closed as we tried to reach you on call (without calling) but no response.
3. On call to customer care or to their default contact number (immediately after welcome mail) they sai it is as promised by sales team not as per email.
4. Once after a year (package promised for 3years) when we ask for the package details, they say: In reference to your recent email and as discussed, we regret to inform you that your travel package expired on June 1st, 2025, and is now officially closed. As per the terms and conditions of your package, the “validity period has lapsed”, and we are unable to offer further services under this agreement.
5. So you have to followup and nothing works because you already signed for something else.
6. Finally I had to give 8900AED for Holiday island tours & travel’s charity.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Holiday Island LLC. Back in October 2023, I purchased a travel package worth AED 22,000 after being misled by their salesperson. I was clearly told that the lock-in period was 3 years, and that I could use my package anytime within that period. They also assured me that the package would cover Europe or the US for 14 days, and even mentioned that in case of a job loss, my money would be refunded after a deduction of AED 5,000.
However, when I signed the paperwork — which had four pages full of small print — I later found out that the lock-in period was actually only 2 years. This was never disclosed to me upfront. I trusted their verbal assurance and only discovered the reality when it was too late.
Today, when I approached them to cancel my package due to unavoidable personal reasons, they bluntly informed me that my package had expired and I would receive nothing back. This is a classic example of deceptive sales tactics — they lure customers with promises, rush you into signing long contracts, and then refuse to stand by their verbal commitments.
I strongly urge everyone to stay far away from Holiday Island LLC. Their business model appears built on false promises and hidden clauses, and their so-called “customer service” is nonexistent once they have your money. Please do your research before falling for their sales pitch you’ll find countless negative reviews like mine, and I can now confirm they are absolutely genuine! They make sweet promises during the sale, rush customers to sign, and then disappear when it’s time to honor their words. This company thrives on misinformation and manipulation, and I deeply regret falling victim to their false assurances.
I am now proceeding to take legal action by filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum. I also urge everyone who has faced similar exploitation at the hands of Holiday Island LLC to join me in taking this issue to the government authorities. Only collective action can stop such unethical practices from continuing.

We booked a Europe package from this company, expecting all the services clearly mentioned in the package. However, after our EU visa was issued for 20 days, the company refused to provide most of the included benefits, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They denied sightseeing tours, airport transfers, and other promised services, stating that they would only provide hotel accommodation. Even the flight ticket coupons included in the package were rejected, which made the situation worse.

After repeated discussions, they finally agreed to provide only flight tickets, but only if we paid an additional amount. On top of that, they demanded that we send an email stating that we personally requested only flight tickets and were refusing all other package services, which was completely misleading and unacceptable. This appeared to be an attempt to protect themselves rather than honor the agreed package.

We refused to send such an email because the fault was not ours. As a result, we are now in the process of taking legal action against the company in Dubai court.

I am sharing this review to warn others who are considering booking with this company. Please read the terms carefully, ask for everything in writing, and be cautious, as our experience showed a complete lack of transparency and accountability.

I had to argue just to get my package, and their services were never delivered on time. Always make sure to get everything in writing because their verbal promises mean nothing. They rarely answer calls promptly, and they can cancel your sightseeing plans at any time. Their hotels are also located much farther away than expected. Overall, booking a tour with them was a complete headache.
