Adry has been absolutely incredible in her organising and managing of our 3-week honeymoon. South Korea is new to us so she's arranged a day with a local, food tour and day trips, and even for the Japan leg of the trip (Japan being a country we're more familiar with) she's managed to find us incredible new experiences and listened to every tiny request, down to the type of onsen-style bathtub we wanted in our room. Absolutely incredible service and I can't recommend her enough!

We had some ideas about visiting Australia to visit our daughter. This company listened to our ideas and came back with an embellished itinerary. We have visited Sydney, The Whitsunday islands with a reef sleep’ where we got to scuba and snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef…then we discovered Noosa ..what a chilled vibe!…back to Sydney today to say farewell to our daughter…the ease of having things organised for you adds to the holiday feeling, will be returning customers for sure 👌

We’ve booked our holiday through Charlotte Clarke for the first time this year. It was great seeing the different options she came up with. Without the stress of trawling through loads of sites, I can really look forward to enjoying our holiday with piece of mind 👍

Carrie helped me organise a surprise birthday city break to Bruge for my husband and made so easy for us! Carrie sorted all the travel arrangements through the Eurostar, booked us a great hotel she recommended really central and made the whole process so smooth, sending all our tickets, guides for eating out and ticked all the boxes based on the information I gave her. Sue arranged a fabulous holiday for us to America. Sue sorted everything for us including car hire, she was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Sue to family and friends.

Gemma recommended and arranged a beautiful package in Mauritius which was totally idyllic. It matched all our requirements that we required and more. A totally wonderful personal service, absolutely faultless. Everything was done for us in advance and all our requests was met at the resort to highlight the level of professionalism. Laura has been amazing from start to finish with our New Year Holiday to the Dominican! From booking process right through to the end, Laura was always there to help. She gave her honest opinions on destinatios and hotels to help us choose the perfect family holiday. We had specific requests for rooms (travelling with a disabled passenger) and Laura made sure the hotel were aware of this and because of her amazing organisation and persistence, we got what we needed. Hotel was fabulous, spotless and had everything we wished for.
Unfortunately due to snow in the UK on the way home, we were delayed for our flight back. But Laura had all the details, and kept in contact throughout our journey home, which made us feel safe and in good hands. Laura knew more details and gave more consistent updates, than the TUI reps on site. We were so grateful! Thank you again for such a wonderful family holiday!

Gemma was brilliant to deal with, she made the process of selecting the right trip to Lapland really easy. Gemma kept us informed at every stage and picked a fantastic company for us to go with, it was truly a magical trip

Gemma was excellent from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and she really went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday to cater for us all. She was very attentive, very quick to reply/find info for us and really listened to our needs. Her communication was great and really kept us ‘in the loop’.

The information she sent us a few days before travelling was invaluable to me. It included step by step stages from leaving the house to checking in at our accommodation, information on the area we were going to and all the amenities that were near to us while we were away.

Mexico was a dream thanks to Laura!

Laura was extremely kind, professional and worked endlessly to help find my family the perfect holiday in Mexico for myself, partner and baby girl meeting all the requests I had mentioned. A variety of hotels given and once chosen it was the easiest process ever. Laura sorted everything out and kept me upto date throughout.

My little girl was poorly before we flew and Laura was very knowledgeable and helped us through it all advising the steps to take regarding the holiday and insurance if was unable to go, which helped ease a lot of my stress! Luckily we did get to go and what a perfect holiday it was.

Laura was so kind and checked in on us before flight, when arrived, sent all the information over ready for when we were leaving and even ensured we landed back home safely! What a service.

We recently returned from a 2 week holiday in Florida that we booked with Carrie.

We cannot recommend Juliet highly enough. She was efficient and friendly throughout the booking process, guiding us through booking a wonderful holiday to Cyprus at a very good price. Juliet recommended a few suggestions and managed to get us an exceptional room at a reduced rate at Aphrodites Hills with our own hot tub, with a golf course and sea view.
