I have been trying to return a pair of brand new, never worn sandals complete with tag and have engaged in weeks long email exchanges with no options offered for returning the product. I was repeatedly asked the same question why was I dis-satisfied and would I send photos of the sandals and order confirmation which I did. I specifically asked if there was a "No return policy" for this product. Instead of an answer about return policies I received the opportuntiy to make additional purchases from The Hills with discounts offered. The final email offered 50% refund if I would leave a review.

In frustration I phoned a number listed as customer support and was told to send an email. This clearly is NOT a legitimate business. I hope this message reaches anyone intending to make a purchase from The Hills.

Trying to solve issues with a problem order.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, but that is as low as it gets. They took my money, delivered a really cheap product, and then when I wanted to return it, they offered me a 10 % refund. Long story short, I have yet to receive anything from them. The latest is they want to give me a voucher for their products. As if I would purchase anything else from them!!!ongoing

1st time ordering from company and truly loved my dresses. I got lots of compliments. I will order from them again.

The sandals I ordered were actually cute and as pictured, but I cannot wear this type of wedge. Tried to return but keep getting run around. They offered discount on future purchase but I will not be ordering from them again. Never did get a refund. Always read reviews first! That would have saved me a lot of headaches.

Deceptive about return policy. Will not refund my money though I want to return blouse I purchased and don’t like fit or fabric. Don’t want another size or offered voucher for next purchase because there won’t be. Customer service claims they are unable to credit my credit card.

Disappointed. I purchased a white suit for an event, at the price of $79. I only tried the jacket on and it was too tight, it has no lining and made of thin material. I requested a return and refund the day after delivery and according to the policy. The took 3 days for them to respond to the first of many emails, they wanted pictures, I sent them, they have given me the run around and never sent the address or a return label for their merchandise. They do not honor their return policy. This is horrible to treat people this way , I don't have money to try and repurchsed somethng that didn't work and I was forced to keep it without being told that up front. No matter how many people they get to write positive reviews, the truth will be felt, because the truth is a real genuine experience. Please don't fall for this company's untruths.

Sneakers I bought are super cute! HOWEVER DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY BRIBED ME WITH A 50% DISCOUNT CODE TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW FOR THE SNEAKERS. COUPON CODE THEY SENT NEVER WORKED. THEY SENT A 20% OFF CARD WITH THE SNEAKERS SO I MADE ANOTHER PURCHASE & THE ITEMS WERE OF LOW QUALITY & DIDN'T MATCH WEBSITE PICTURES. WHEN I ASKED FOR A RETURN,CUSTOMER SERVICE (EMMY) COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME. I HAD TO FILE A LEGAL CLAIM WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY $ BACK. THEY ARE USING THE FAKE COUPON PROMISES TO MANIPULATE THEIR TRUSTPILOT RATING! IF AFTER READING THIS YOU STILL WANT TO ORDER READ THE RETURN SECTION THOUGHLY! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.

This site is a scam. Clothing quality is poor and cheaply made. The clothing advertised is not what you get. Customer service is horrible

I had a great experience because of the communication. I had a sizing problem with my tops and this company was very great at finding a solution. I will definitely be telling my family and friends!

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. If I could give a rating of -10 I would. They are dishonest, don't communicate at all except for AI-generated nonsense via emails that don't reflect the question or concern, and the return policy is non-existent—they make it impossible to do a return without emailing them. After emailing, they send messages that never tell you how to make the return and waste your time in the process. They are quick to communicate when they want to sell their junk. Their storefront is nonexistent; their online images are literal window dressing. Stay clear!

The dress was made cheaply , the sandals were also cheaply made . Total disappointment, I would never ever purchase from this company again ! Not worth the hassle of returning g these items that are useless to me .

I purchased 4 pair of shoes and they are too small. I emailed them back as soon as they delivered, I tried them own. They only weigh a ounce and they feel like they made of sponge. I keep getting the same reply back saying they'll refund 1/2 my money if I give a good review. This is a scam and it should be banned for advertising. Do not buy from any of these made up companies
They using different names and the pictures are AI advertised.
