The service is just outstanding
The service is just outstanding. From fast responses to requests to clear communication, on time appointments, and professionals like Mariya Shaju providing a kind and knowledgeable face to face interaction. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. It offers life enhancing solutions more quickly and efficiently than any other health related provision.
I know people who have spent £2000 to £3000 on hearing aids from private suppliers and can assure anyone that what The Hearing People provide on behalf of the NHS is just as good, if not better.

Great professional service
I am pleased with the phonak hearing aids. I have had a problem wth the charger provided. It quickly developed a fault within the guarantee period. I contacted them and after a good conversation with Kerry she referred me to Larissa, the Office Manager. Both dealt with me very professionally. I was sent a replacement charger and the details of how to return my original charger. The charger I have now is superb and I realised that my original charger was faulty from when I was given it. So, nothing but praise now that I have a fully functioning charger. Thanks so much!

Excellent service from Joshua the audiologist. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very helpful with my follow up queries.I would highly recommend him.

Do you no what..
Do you know what... I was actually nervous about coming for my hearing test having not had one for 40 plus years. Mansoora was absolutely wonderful. I'm saying that Norfolk and this area has got a wonderful audiologist. She was kind, very professional and very interesting to talk to. She let me talk ,as I usually do, and we had a wonderful conversation which really helped the situation as far as I was concerned. I hope that she found me a good patient and the hearing aids that I now have are already made a difference. You can tell Mansoora that is When I walked out of the medical centre I could hear the birds singing so so well. And I commented to a bloke who was washing his car. He was astounded. Once again thank you very much Mansoora for all your help and if I may say
.. if you could pass the message on to her tell her I've been looking at the part of India that she is from and it surely is God's own country! Thank you, Tony

Amazing Service!
Very pleasant and efficient person on the telephone who took my details and I was booked in for a hearing test within 3 days! On the day I so impressed that I actually came away with 2 hearing aids and information user guide. The lovely lady who did the test said any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us. NHS Hearing Aids provision
I was very professionally treated by Mr Pranash James; who explained each step of the introductory process, then proceeded to do a hearing test and provided me with new hearing aids, and also how to acquire spares as and when I need them.

My Audiologist explained everything brilliantly and was kind, considerate and helpful. My new aids are enhancing my life. I particularly like the ability to adjust the aids for every circumstance using my smartphone. Thank you.

Smooth from start to finish
Smooth from start to finish. The audiologist (Harisanker) put me at ease straight away. Introductory questions were asked and noted. Harisanker started the test and explained what was going to happen. The test was completed smoothly and Harisanker made it clear when it had finished. After the actual test had completed, Harisanker explained the results and have me options for how to proceed. A very pleasant experience.
