Hi Brett,
I have previously explained to you that your test was delivered in the correct time frame. As stated clearly on our website, all orders placed before 3pm on a weekday will be delivered the next day. You placed your order at half 9 at night on a Friday, our dispatch team do not work weekends, therefor they dispatched your test kit monday morning and this was delivered to you on tuesday.
We do make it very clear on our website that orders placed after 3pm wont be next day delivery, also that we do not dispatch any orders on the weekend.

Best testing agency I've found, by a long chalk
After a week of waiting for a Day 2 test result from another supplier, and constant frustration because they would never talk to me, I went to Health Hub to see what they could do to help. Their (chat) response was almost immediate, and Paulina who helped me was not only efficient and friendly but also gave me more than I was asking for. I only wanted to know what kind of test I needed now, since it was a week since my arrival back home; and she not only answered the question, but gave me a discount coupon against an earlier test I had purchased from Health Hub but had never been able to use because the rules had changed while I was away (thanks Boris). The whole thing was speedy and professional and I now look forward to finally getting out of quarantine after a week of imprisonment thanks to another supplier. Health Hub's service is superb and Paulina is wonderful.

At first everything went well then the rules changed. Had problems with The site but eventually sorted and you did reimburse me. But then unfortunately it took four days for the results which may have been the Royal Mails fault. They don’t seem to be picking up the tests quick enough. But hopefully things will be sorted and I would use your site again.

I have taken a look and can see that royal didn't collect the same until the 7/12 and delivered to us on the 8/12. To avoid royal mail delays you can drop the sample to our lab yourself for next day results.

I can see that we sent 1 of the results on the 8th and the other on the 9th. Please contact our customer care team at info@thehealthhub.com if you cannot locate these.
I have checked the royal mail tracking and can see that one of the samples wasn't collected until the Tuesday and delivered to us yesterday. The other sample was also collected on tuesday and delivered to us on wednesday.
Please check the postbox collection time to avoid delays. The tracked 24 service is intended for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. This can take 1-2 working days. Please take note of your tracking number to check on the delivery status of your returned sample.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control or lost samples.
Due to current delays we recommend using this service only if returning Monday-Friday.
Samples returned on Saturday after 11am & all day Sunday are expected to arrive at the lab on the following Tuesday.

The receipt of the test and the test…
The receipt of the test and the test process using the faster check app was very straight forward. I did have have a problem being issued the completed test certificate but Paulina was very helpful on the chat tool and it was resolved very quickly.

Health Hub itself seemed efficient and…
Health Hub itself seemed efficient and the process was simple. However they use Royal Mail which are currently extremely unreliable and therefore the test sample was significantly delayed.
Whilst they use Royal Mail I cannot recommend Health Hub.

We do offer guaranteed return with DX specimen if a customer wishes to ensure next day return Monday-Friday. We do our best to communicate that Royal Mail can take 2-3 business days to return and is beyond our control which is why we have several return options including drop-off to the lab in person.

Due to changing COVID testing…
Due to changing COVID testing requirements I had three tests that did not ship/ arrive as expected. I used the online chat feature and worked with Paulina to get the tests necessary for safe travel. I'm expecting delivery tomorrow. Paulina was very helpful and patient as we worked through all the details.

I couldn't check out as I was asked to…
I couldn't check out as I was asked to log in as a previous customer but they wanted my password. I tried three times to get an email for password reset and nothing came. I was pretty frustrated! In the end Kara sorted it out manually and all was done quickly after that. She was really friendly and efficient.
