Garment is cheap and poorly made. Then you have to email them back to request a refund. They charge $30 are more to return it to China. There is no Hart Sisters.

Company sent an outfit that did not match the picture of what was ordered. The worst quality "fabric" I've ever seen. This was after it took 2 weeks to ship. That is when I learned it was coming from China, and not Florida. Tried to return and after 3 emails back and forth, they will only return if I pay full shipping and any potential customs fees. Even though I did not receive what I ordered. The company appears to be somewhat of a scam.

Horrible..not the shape of the clothes, not the fabric of the clothes, not the flowy-ness of the clothes, would not fit a child. and I am a very easy size to fit, and this would not even come close to fitting...Do not buy from here...also no returns...only 50% money back to use in their shop again, which I would never be able to wear anything from this shop nor would I want to.

Company sent wrong color dress. Website makes it look like they are located in the united states but really located in China. Looks like I'll have to go to the credit card company to claim refund. Company wants me to pay for return shipping after they offered to just send the correct dress. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I received a jean jumper with no buttons and no way to fasten the front portion of the jumper closed. The material was of poor quality and when I contaced the site via email to request a return I was never sent a response. I will never buy from this frudulent company again!!!!

Zero stars! I bought some clothes from this website. The clothes didn’t fit, the quality was terrible. Now they won’t answer my emails for a refund. I feel totally scammed

The quality of the garments are terrible, the photos are AI and the actual garments don't even have similar sewing or buttons or color variations. Sizing is off because of the low quality material. Customer service is NON existent, it's a constant waiting game for a reply for an email. I haven't received my requested refund.

RUN as fast as you can. The picture of what you see/get are NOT the same. It comes straight from China so don’t be in a hurry it took almost 3 weeks. To return it you have to send it back to China without the company’s help since they try to offer a discount then ignore your request to return. The size is bigger than normal. Was I saw as pretty in a pic is ugly in person. Your grandma wouldn’t even wear it

I really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Dress took forever to arrive, was not even close to the photo online, awful polyester fabric - total disappointment. Immediately offered to let me keep it for 10% refund or 50% store credit ... as though I'd buy something else after this experience!!

The product looks nothing like the photo and the fabric is flimsy and cheap. It is also a man's shirt! The button holes are on the left and their site states that they don't make mens clothing If you want to return the product, it will be shipped to China at a cost to the customer starting at 30 USD. It truly isn't worth that amount. Beware before you buy

Although they purport to be located in Naples and to be conducting a "moving sale," my merch was shipped directly from China. There is no brick and mortar store in Naples, so assume there are no Hart sisters either. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Both the material and workmanship were poor.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Ordered a dress for the wife and arrived with a defective zipper plus the quality was poor. They offered 10% then 20% refund or 50% store credit. The issue is shipping back to China runs $100 to $300 depending on the shipper. The dress was $69 so didn't make sense. Just going to donate it to Goodwill. Luckily we only ordered one item.

Buyer beware! The dress I ordered is not the one advertised. They have very poor return and refund services. Deceptive company as it is out of China and not Naples. Would never buy from this company pant again. You have to pay for shipping back to China for a refund and it cost more to ship than dress is worth.

I noticed that several items looked familiar, turns out their inventory is the same as the Shein website for double the price. I haven't received my off shoulder denim jumpsuit and each time I try the reach the customer service area of their site. It cant be reached.
