Much like everyone here I ordered something back in October 2025 and received nothing, no correspondence, no order. Upon going to check the site I discovered they in fact no longer existed, possible due to the fact that they were found out. Thank god I paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back - otherwise I would be out of pocket.
Same exact issue as everyone else here, absolute scamming pricks! Now they're disputing the chargeback, also their website has been taken down.
0 stars. Avoid this company at all costs. The Happy Store is nothing short of a scam. They happily take your money for items that are never delivered, then completely ignore you when you try to find out where your order is. Emails go unanswered, customer service is nonexistent, and when they finally bother to respond they hide behind excuses about “issues with the Shop app”, which is irrelevant and frankly insulting to customers who have simply paid for goods they never received.
Instead of doing the decent thing and issuing a refund for items they failed to deliver, they tell customers to raise a chargeback with their bank, effectively admitting they have no intention of resolving the issue themselves. My bank investigated and agreed with me immediately, refunding the payment.
What’s even worse is that after failing to deliver the order and refusing to refund it, this company then had the audacity to dispute the chargeback, essentially trying to take the money again for goods that never existed in the first place. Thankfully, my bank saw straight through it and upheld the claim.
This company’s behaviour is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle, the stress, and the fight to get your own money back.
Original pre order placed in August 2025 for December delivery. No response until January 2026 and company are disputing the chargeback in March 2026. The chancing behaviour!

Same experience to a t as everyone else, Google ai told me it has decent reviews but everywhere you look they are terrible... took my money for a pre order that never seems they keep you hanging for as long as possible then just ignore, criminals
Like others in August, I too ordered a funko pop on preorder.
Money taken but order yet to be received. Many attempts to contact the happy toy store via email, but emails bounce back undelivered. Then attempted to contact them via my shop app (where the tracking continues to state waiting for further information), but sadly no joy there either! Now, in February, I've given up and resigned myself to the fact I'll receive no order or refund.
Buyer beware, I'll definitely be giving this vendor the swerve in future... Really disappointed in the lack of service!
Awful company. Like many of the reviews, I pre-ordered over £100 worth of funko pops in August for a September release and they happily took my money. When the items hadn't arrived by October, I enquired to be told they can't give an exact date of arrival (would have thought around the release date would suffice?). I then asked for a refund to then after a month not receive that. The company then suggested I raise a Chargeback with my bank, which I did, and now they have the cheek to dispute the chargeback!! Absolutely stay away from this nightmare of a "business". Just complete thieves at this point.
Do not use this company they are either absolutely useless or are a scam not sure which? I ordered on August with a deposit of 13 pounds then in sep they took remaining 118 end of Jan still no figure got in contact to which the just refunded I got the 14 pounds refunded by them but no refund for remaining balance emailed them to which they replied it could take 7 days to even show 9 days later no refund went to site messager which I had communicated with them many times before to find o no longer had access to it went to the contact us section to find a page with literally just that on it tried to email them but got nothing response luckily I was just inside the 180 days with PayPal which was the refunded by them in less than a minute which says to me I'm not the only one who has had to go to PayPal AVOID AT ALL COSTS I HAVE ALSO NOTIFIED YHE CORRECT AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY
Absolutely terrible service. I pre-ordered a Funko, and when it was released my money was taken but my Funko ever delivered. Several months later I asked for a full refund and am still waiting for it. Excuses each time I contact them. Do not recommend!
Ordered back in the summer, no contact no nothing. Item was released on sale, but still my order didn’t arrive. Had to go through PayPal to get money back.
Just like the other reviews I had a nightmare with not receiving my pre order and then not getting a refund!! Just bad customer care and communication.
Placed an order in June 2025 for items due for release in July 2025. We are now in January 2026 and I still don’t have the items or a refund or even any kind of response to one of the many messages I have sent asking for an update. AVOID THIS STORE!!
I ordered a loungefly backpack from this website on the 9th of August and never received the item. I contacted them multiple times to ask about postage as their estimated shipping time had well passed, and was told each and every time (I contacted 4 times regarding delivery) that this was a pre order (despite nothing of the kind being stated on the listing) and that the delivery to them had been delayed and it would be another 2-3 weeks. I have a feeling now this was never the case and the item was never in their possession.
After weeks of pointless back and forth I finally asked to cancel the order, which, to their credit, they did and then ended up re buying the item elsewhere, unfortunately at a higher price.
Given the recent review on here this seems to be a shared experience so I would avoid at all costs as it will only cost you more in the longterm!.
I ordered an item from this company in early Sept but 3 weeks later still hadn't received the item. I emailed to check the delivery status but didn't hear back. A month passed, and so I raised the issue with my bank who claimed the money back for me. Only after the money had been claimed back did I hear from this company who informed me the item was a preorder and wouldn't be available for quite some time. This was not communicated on the product page or order receipt. The lack of information and response to my chaser emails makes me question if this company is legit. And if it is, I would still say to avoid because of the terrible customer service and delivery delays.
