The Gun RackI purchased air rifle pellets for competitive use from this company, specifying the exact size and weight needed. They arrived quickly but, unfortunately, were the wrong type, and two tins were damaged. I reached out via email and followed up with a phone call to seek guidance. The email went unanswered, and the manager never returned my call.With no response or communication, I opted to return the pellets and requested a refund for the postage. Two days later, I received a call questioning why I had sent them back, as The Gun Rack was planning to resend them. I had not received any email about this. I provided a copy of the postage receipt but still received no response.To summarize, despite making four phone calls and sending multiple emails, there was no communication in return. It seems that The Gun Rack doesn't monitor emails around the clock. I’m still awaiting a call regarding my refund of over £100, which was promised today, 04/04/2022.In all fairness, as a physical store, they might meet expectations. However, as a mail order service, I would not choose to purchase from them again.Update as of 07/04/2022: I have yet to receive my refund.

I ordered some air rifle pellets from this company. A specific size and weight – I compete in competitions.

They arrived promptly – Unfortunately they were the incorrect type and two tins were damaged.
I sent an email asking for their advise, followed up by a phone call.
The email was not replied to, and the manager never called me back.

No reply, no contact, so I decided to return the pellets and ask for a refund of postage.
Two days later I received a phone call asking why I had sent them back, as The Gun Rack was arranging for them to be posted back. I had no email informing me of this.
I sent a copy of the Postage Receipt, still no reply.
So to summarise, four phone calls, probably four emails and no reply to any of them.
Apparently, the Gun Rack does not monitor emails 24/7.
I’m still waiting for a phone call about my refund, which is over £100.00 , which was promised today 04/04/2022

Let’s be fair here – As a shop selling over the counter, this shop is probably as you would expect.
However, as a mail order company, I would never buy from them again.

This is an update on 07/04/2022

I still have not received my refund.
