Absolutely impressed with the leather rifle case, purchased from The Green Tanners! The craftsmanship is top-notch — the leather is thick, high-quality, and has a rich, natural look that feels built to last. It was my third consecutive purchase with The Green Tanners a family owned business. I ordered a leather rifle case made with due attention to the details. The orders have always been completed in the first interaction, love these guys.

I recently purchased a leather crossbody bag from The Green Tanners. I had requested a custom branding feature, and their customer support team was engaged with me throughout the process. The bag I received is absolutely outstanding, looks genuine leather and beautifully personalized. It looks and feels strong while carrying. I highly recommend them for smooth shopping experience.

I purchased 2 ankle suspension cuffs from this place. The piece is very unsafe for use. The leather is too thin. The buckles are too weak. The hardware is flimsy. It is not built with integrity or decent craftsmanship. If I had of known it wasn’t safe to use for suspension I wouldn’t not have purchased it. I asked for a refund within 30 days and they did not give it to me. Bad service. Bad product. Never again.

Very disappointing. The leather sling I purchased was advertised as high quality but was nothing but. Low quality, extremely hard leather with poor workmanship and rough/sharp edges. Worse yet, they wouldn't let me return it.

This company simply drop ships items from over seas, they go by several names, "The Green Tanners", "Master Tanners", "Vanilla Trading Co (eBay)", and "The Leather Impressions" among other names.

Company website says Austin, TX, however it appears to be run out of Valparaiso, IN, with CC payments billed out of the UK and products shipped out of a warehouse in the UAE. Website questions are answered overnight (US time) indicating support is on the other side of the world.

Product appeared to be of reasonable quality for the $$ however sizing was wrong and not properly indicated on the website. Sure the company took the return, however I had to return it on my dime for something that I would not have purchased had it been properly sized/listed.

In hind sight looking at the website it has become obvious that the customer reviews are fake, there are NO reviews with less than 2 stars and with a few exceptions almost every product has only 2 or 3 reviews.

Great Sandwich box for the price! Very pleased.

I would highly recommend working with this company. Their communication through the process is top notch and the craftsmanship is fantastic.

Shoddy quality made canvas and leather golf bag. The bottom came apart from the canvas body after a few months. The company would not stand behind their product.

I don't usually bother giving reviews, but these guys were fantastic. They were prompt to reply to messages, they were very fast from order to delivery and the quality was great.

I ordered a piece that required customisation, the seller was open to this, made it happen quickly and the result was fantastic.

Sorry but the company appears to be outright dishonest and does not respond to email inquiries. Their "offer prices" appear to be outright scams to get gullible customers to order items that may never arrive.

Wow!! What a surprise and what a service! Never encounter this type of customer service in my life, and believe me I am not a spring chicken.
First, after they finished the item ordered, they sent me pictures of it to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Everything looked perfect so I agreed and the item was shipped. After few days, it finally arrived. Wow, the second surprise, the leather case looked amazing, quality superb and I am very, very satisfied.
I definitely recomend this family business, excellent quality and good price, you won't be disappointed.

Green Tanners does great work and their shipping is timely. Also, the support staff is highly communicative and they can do custom work as well.

Should be 0 stars, absolutely terrible company. Placed an order almost 30days and still not received the item. Contacted the company multiple time and got fobbed off with its with its been sent out, it’s with the warehouse, the shipping company has lost it, we will in investigate. However when I messaged for a refund I have now been ignored. Don’t not use this company

Everything went smoothly. The leather golf bag looks great. I am sure the gift receiver will love it 😍.

They were really great with answering my questions. I worked with them on getting my measurements done. They were very knowledgeable. After placing the order, they even gave me pictures step by step verifying each measurement. Every communication I made with them, they responded promptly. I will definitely order from them again!

The leather is thick and nice, but the buckles seem fragile and cheap. One of them is even crooked. I will wear the harness as much as I can so I get my money worth out of it.

I ordered the floristry belt, it took over 2 weeks to arrive, there was a tracking number but it never had any information. I asked and kept getting told it was 3rd party fulfillment. When it arrived the leather was thin and seemed poor quality, was wrinkled in places and the stitching wasn't great, thin cotton thread. Poor compared to other leather otems I own. There were no returns details in the parcel either. I was under the impression from the website that it was a good quality item made by the place I ordered from but what turned up seems like a really cheap imported item. I'm really disappointed.
