The Granite House  Omdömen

From start finish amazing service and quality. Lynne from the office was amazing throughout the process, ensuring all the details were captured for a smooth installation. The finish is unbelievable quality. The joints are seemless and the upstand and window sill really finish it off. Tha ks to the install team for communication throughout despite me not being on site. Clean and tidy and respectful of our house. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the granite house. We had a worktop fitted 15 months ago which we were so pleased with. I accidentally dropped a cup out the cupboard which chipped the worktop. They sent 2 guys out to repair it free of charge which I never expected not to pay as it was my fault. The guys that came out were really lovely and professional. Would highly recommend

Excellent service with attention to detail! Would recommend!

Every member of the team throughout the process were lovely. Especially Simon who went above and beyond and helped me when we had a problem with basin I had bought.
Excellent quality workmanship and I am thrilled with the end product.

Great customer service. This was a significant purchase and all our questions were answered. The measuring service took us through all available options, and the fitters were great. Thank you!

Granite House were incredibly helpful when we needed to change our order and templating date and the guys who came to fit the worktops were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the final product and would happily recommend them.

Very happy with the installation of new worktops . The installation team did a great job and gave some useful advice on aftercare of the product.. Lynne coordinated the whole thing and kept me upto date with regular emails on timings etc . Would definitely recommend them

I would highly recommend The Granite House. We visited them in Bicester when looking for a suitable quartz. Lynne was really helpful showing us various styles and giving samples to take home and try against the kitchen.
Joe was really quick in sending over prices and was so accommodating even when I kept changing what I wanted :)
Templating took place quickly and given a fitting date for soon after - they even fitted a week earlier than planned
Spoke to other suppliers who were not as good as were not able to do the nice clean sink recess that the granite house could!!
Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Wonderful service from start to finish. We can’t fault the fabulous office staff so helpful and obliging. Template taken and fitted on the time and dates given. A really efficient company to dealt with. Would not hesitate to recommend Granite House, we would definitely used them again.

Excellent service and very professional from first contact with the sales team to the point the fitters walked out of our house, having completed the installation of our new worktops. A great range of top styles to suit any budget and their prices are very competitive. We are very pleased with our new worktops.

Expert professional service. All precisely measured, delivered, and installed as scheduled. Beautifully finished. Great job done!

Fantastic service from start to finish, always helpful , clear with timeframes and my new kitchen tops and upstands look amazing. All interactions from measure to fitment were helpful /guiding and lovely people. Thank you to the team for making the experience enjoyable .

Great Customer Service by Harriet, who found us a lovely off cut of Quartz, which fitted the spot! Chose this on site, so we could see in a large piece what we were actually having.
Our Quartz was fitted 2 days ahead of schedule, which was great and we accepted the earlier slot.
Two great guys, fitted fantastically and looks stunning.
A few little freebies i.e mug, pen and cleaning spray, in The Granite House bag! Good bit of advertising!
Thank you Granite House - which I truly recommend.

We are very happy with our worktops and the service from The Granite House. The whole process was quick and easy and we were given good advice on the choice of material for our needs. At installation, there were issues with the size of the opening for the sink, which was too tight, and a sharp corner instead of rounded, but customer service and fitters were on the ball and dealt with them promptly. Mistakes happen, but it's how a company deals with them that matters and The Granite House certainly delivered. We are now the proud owners of beautiful and perfect quartz worktops which are a pleasure to work on. I'd definitely recommend this company to friends.

The Granite House offered a wholly pleasant and professional service from beginning to end, doing all they could to meet my particular needs. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Words cannot express how thrilled I was to see Granite House van outside our house today. 3 x Oro countertops and a granite hearth - they worked hard…! They were respectful towards our items, professional and friendly. A Stirling job! Thank you Dan & Elliott for all your help and advice. We would highly recommend Granite House. Thanks again. Hema & John. 😊

Excellent support from start to finish, sales and installation team were highly professional and courteous and Morad explained each stage during the highly competent install.
Would highly recommend Granite House for your next project.

Everything about granite house is excellent. We are very pleased with our worktops and the service we received Alan was very helpful and did an amazing job, he went above and beyond and is a credit to your company.
the fitters were also great and did an amazing job. The kitchen is faultless. Amazing overall service from order to fitting, very speedy but great workmanship too. We would definitely recommend , thank you

We purchased from The Granite House, we weren’t disappointed. From the initial visit to the factory we were met with knowledgeable staff in a well stocked show room, To the survey which was carried out with the utmost professionalism, we were asked all kinds of questions regarding the machining of the quartz which we hadn’t considered, superb. We we’re price matched as well like for like, we had done a lot of shopping around. Look no further.

Danny and Elliot were very professional, left an excellent finish and advised on the addition of extra upstand to cover a boxing after they left. Great service
