Poor experience
I made two separate orders and they both got cancelled. One got refunded but the other did not and I’m currently still waiting for the refund. I fear I will now have to contact my bank to process a charge back.

That percentage is misleading because it does not account for increases in housing and food prices. Furthermore, since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the purchasing power of the dollar is down 10-13%. Since gold is inversely correlated to the dollar, it spikes when the dollar dips. Additionally, it is a discreet method of storing wealth and it is highly liquid. It's great to be part of TGM
It's great to be part of TGM family. Great work ethic by Cullen Banks, very considerate person and a great team leader. For the period that I worked here, I learned a lot about gold since Cullen banks is very knowledgeable about it, I can see his passion on educating people about the importance of precious metal. This client is a swindler ( Cullen Banks ) First and foremost, he stated that I did not respond to his message despite the fact that I respond to him and he is the one who does not respond to my messages. I have proof that I responded to him here. He also did not pay me for the and fired me before Friday because he refused to pay me. Be cautious of this client and his business; if he can do it to me, he can do it to others. Big scammer

We never hired anyone by the name of Victor Loga. We've never cheated a customer or an employee. I urge Trustpilot to look into this claim.
We have fired one employee fairly recently for unethical behavior. I don't know if "Victor" is that person, but here are the reviews by former employees regarding that person that we fired:

This is an unbelievably poor worker. This person has extremely poor work ethic. He is trying to extort money by threatening with bad review. This person has the comprehension and work ethic of a 3 year old.

Do not hire this staff. The contract for this person was terminated due to manipulation of company tools and falsification of hours worked. We have written acknowledgement from this staff admitting to this unethical behavior.

Fast shipping and beautiful coins
Luke was very knowledgeable and courteous. I received my order much faster than anticipated and love the Gold Liberty Head 4 coin set. Had them checked by a local dealer and said they are authentic and beautiful.
