Defective product

When I placed the order, there was no clear mention that I would have to pay an additional import duty on top of the amount already paid for the order. I was later required to pay an additional $39.84 in import duty. Your shipping description states that worldwide shipping is “fast, secure, and fully tracked” but I was not made
aware at checkout that there would be extra import charges due upon delivery.

In addition, the item I received appears to be defective. On the back of the jersey, where “FIFA World Cup 2026” is printed, the “O” in “World Cup” is missing. For a limited-edition collectible item, especially one limited to 999 numbered pieces worldwide, this is not the quality I would expect. This defect also reduces the collectible value of the jersey. And I wonder that if I ever wear it and wash it the letters would definitely fall apart.

I sent an email with attached proof to the seller but NEVER received any response. I would not recommend wasting any money on these products, better buy or try to get hold of such limited edition pieces from a brand you can trust. Just also want to mention that I truly support small business but for the price they should at least deliver quality.

We are so sorry to hear that. The missing letter is on us. That piece should never have passed our final check, and a numbered limited edition holds itself to a higher standard than that. We will replace it. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 415 1971 and we will arrange the replacement and the return of the faulty piece at our cost.

Your email going unanswered is the part that bothers us most. That is our failure, not yours, and we have changed how support requests are handled so it does not happen again.

On the import duty: that charge is set and collected by your country's customs authority. We do not add it, we do not receive any part of it, and we have no ability to waive it. What we can control is how clearly we say so, and you are right that our checkout did not make it obvious enough. We have already updated our shipping page and checkout so no one else is caught out.

Send that message and we will get a correct piece into your hands.

I recently purchased a FIFA Host City…

I recently purchased a FIFA Host City shirt. I was very hesitant at first because I've never heard of this company and the FIFA store was sold out. After research, realized they were the ones who manufactured them. Package came on time and everything is as expected! Very excited to gift my jersey!

I was really excited about this jersey…

I was really excited about this jersey and ready to pay the very expensive price. After just one wear and one wash, it’s already falling apart. The letters are pealing off and the quality isn’t what I would have expected. I followed the directions and still. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
