After reading about The Glow Fairy and seeing videos on YouTube I thought I would give it a try.Most of the reviews on Trustpilot are about customer service and not the product itself.Well first of all my order arrived quite quickly just two weeks thought I would wait longer so that was a nice surprise.I ordered the Glow Fairy face wand and The Glow Fairy body wand. Firstly I was shocked by how little product you get for your money! The face wand is the size of an average lipstick.The balm is lovely to apply no dragging on the skin and quite soft but does not last very long. The body wand is much bigger and chunkier and goes on nicely but after nearly 7 weeks of using the skin on my face and body look no different whatsoever.I was so disappointed but I suppose we have to try these products.So in summing up I would say very expensive for what you recieve and don't last long at all and by the way I was only applying twice a week as per instructions not everyday don't waste your hard earned money,not worth it.

The customer service department for the glow fairy was lightning fast responding to my email. After I had had trouble with a promotion code, customer service quickly resolved my issue. I am very impressed with glow fairy so far!

I made mistakes with my order and emailed customer service to see if they could be rectified. They had corrected the errors and responded within a few hours. One of the most seamless customer service experiences that I have had.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Nowhere on their website (neither the US or Irish site) is it advertised that customs charges apply to orders being delivered to Ireland. In order to access my order I have been requested to pay an additional €22 on top the €151 cost of the order, €34 of which was paid to receive the delivery within the advertised 2-4 business days.
The 2-4 days guaranteed delivery period is advertised on both US and Irish sites and a premium fee applies. The order was placed on 9 July and still hasn't been received, today is 27 July. When contacted, their customer service stated delivery is 10-15 business despite the 2-4 day guarantee advertised on their site, screenshots of which were sent to them proving the false advertising.

Customer support for Glow Fairy was exceptional. I experienced an issue with not receiving the order I had placed, for no fault of Glow Fairy's, and they replaced it for me. The support person I communicated with was so helpful and understanding. I couldn't be more impressed. I would 100% recommend the company on customer service alone.

I purchased a few products from The Glow Fairy after my friend gave me the anti wrinkle forehead patches last month. They actually made my fine lines disappear!! The prices are fair, especially for how well the product works. I became obsessed. The customer service team responds quickly and are very pleasant. I absolutely love this brand and have recommended it to all my fellow 30 and thriving friends.

When placing my first order an error occurred. I emailed customer service when I noticed the issue in the confirmation email. They not only responded quickly but corrected everything within minutes. If their customer service is this great I can only imagine the products will be just as amazing

I accidentally used the wrong shipping address when I made my order but customer service was amazing. They quickly corrected my issue and everything worked out fine!!! They are the best!

There was a glitch in my order. Got an email saying my order was delivered and it had not been delivered. I wrote to customer service and they reviewed the issue and resent the order. Took awhile but my 2nd order finally arrived. Keep up the good work, Lauryn! Greatly appreciated!
