The Glow Fairy’s customer service is one of the best I have ever communicated with. Lauryn was quick with her response and a huge help with the problem I had. She is such a sweet heart, and your company is blessed to have her.

I have been using Glow Fairy Instant Eye Repair Serum for about two months and have noticed a big improvement! My 55+ year old undereye area feels and looks instantly tightened and less puffy which makes the fine lines less pronounced. I also dab a little on my upper eyelids and they are a little less puffy as well. My order arrived quickly and I think the product is a great value compared to much pricier options. Looking forward to trying more Glow Fairy products in the near future.

I read about this product and was really excited to try it. I ordered and had to wait quite awhile to receive it, but not unexpected, given where I live. I used the under eye serum and - nothing. I have continued to use it and haven’t noticed any big changes. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again. I also noticed the vast majority of 5 star reviews have to do with customer service, but the poorer reviews are for the product!

I have been using the body wand for a few weeks now. I love the way the product feels on my skin. It is making my skin feel softer but look so much firmer. I can’t wait to try out other products from the line because of the great results I am seeing.

I love their products have purchased from Glow Fairy many times. Their customer service is excellent. I had trouble with a coupon and they happily refunded me the amount due and even offered me another one for future shopping. An overall excellent experience!

Had some questions before ordering so I emailed customer service and to my surprise got a super quick, bery pleasant response from Lauryn not just the first time I had questions, but when I sent a reply with another. Great customer service is practically nonexistent these days, but I feel confident ordering from this company and believe they will stand behind their products should any issues arise.

I reached out to customer support because I was notified that my package was delivered. However, I didn’t receive it. Lauryn from customer support did some digging and my package was delivered the very next day! Lauryn was awesome, helpful, and very pleasant! She reached back out to me very quickly. Amazing, efficient service. We need more Lauryns in customer support💕

I am writing this review to acknowledge the stellar customer service I experienced with The Glow Fairy.I placed an order and received an email stating that it was delivered but I did not receive it. I reached out to customer service Rep Lauryn who was very helpful and understanding. I received my package a couple days later. Can’t wait to start using this product. Glow fairy was great about refunding my money. Just be careful if you might have sensitive skin you might breakout from the lotion.

I haven’t tried any products yet because my first order was out of stock. However customer service is excellent, Samantha immediately set up a cancellation of the order with credit.

This review is for the customer service I received as I haven’t yet gotten my products yet but I’ll review those when I get them.

I placed an order without reading the returns/refund policy and I emailed their support asking if they could cancel one of the items off my order, one of the add to order items after I placed it lol, and THEN I read the policy which states they can’t modify or cancel orders once placed, so I actually didn’t even expect to get a response. BUT a really friendly and pleasant support team member named Samantha got back to me and helped modify my order anyway, even let me know when to expect a refund on the item ❤️ extremely fast and on top of that gave me a coupon for future orders. It was really above and beyond my expectations.

I am very satisfied with this company, they are very understanding to my health issues. I look forward to trying other products in the future. Awesome customer service!!

I ordered 2 products. One arrived damaged, I assume melted as it was only shipped in a thin plastic bag type mailer, so the product itself was detached from the applicator and stuck up inside the lid of the tube. The only way to use was to kind of dig out the product from the lid. The customer service rep Samantha replaced the damaged product for me - excellent customer service. The other product arrived fine and I've been using it with no issues.

I purchased products without using a discount code. I contacted customer service who promptly responded to ensure I received the discount. They were courteous and extremely quick to respond. Sure ensures my faith in this organization.

Something very fishy with this company. Firstly most of the reviews only talk about their customer service, then only one 5 star review on their website for the Instant Eye Repair Serum, which I have to add was a complete waste of money. It does nothing. In fact, it makes my eyes look worse. I’ve used it a couple of times now and washed it off straight by away as it causes weird creases around the eyes.

I am always wary when making online orders from a new-er company (there are so many scams and paid reviews in this world), but I’m glad that I took a chance and purchased the eye repair serum trio and retinol glow wand trio. Product arrived within a reasonable time frame - even to Canada. I’m almost 50, and I’d been feeling really self-conscious over the severe bags/puffiness under my eyes. Honestly, it looked like the bags under my eyes had bags…that had bags….that also sometimes also had bags. After using these products for a few weeks, I began to see some major improvements, and my friends started to notice as well. I’m also very sensitive to fragranced products, and the scent of this product is mild - almost non-existent. I have already recommended these products to friends.

I placed an order through my phone and used Apple Pay. I forgot that my old shipping address that was automatically saved hasn’t been updated. Realizing the mistake after the fact, I panicked and reached out to customer service via email. To my surprise, I received a reply within 15-20 mins from Lauryn with customer care. She quickly updated the shipping address prior to responding. I’m super impressed and extremely grateful. I can’t wait to try their products when they come in 😍
