I use many of the different balsamic infusions because they add depth of taste to a variety savoury and sweet dishes and it’s fun to experiment!

Lovely oils!
Lovely oils - my favourite is the lemon which can even be put on ice-cream! I’ve bought as a gift too, having every confidence they’d be well received.
