Great firm got my payout on time

I have purchased $5000 HFT account, But I am not able to connect with provided credentials. I have also chat on Whatsapp support but no solution from there. Please let me back my fees or my account connect.

I bought a $5,000 HFT-funded account from Fusion Funded with high hopes. I was in a small profit of around $19 (can't recall the exact figure), and then one day, I opened a trade on AUD/USD with just 0.02 lot size, risking only 0.2% per trade as per their rules. The trade was barely in a $10 floating loss when I suddenly received an email saying:

We regret to inform you that your account has been closed due to reaching Daily Loss Limit.
Account No: 709849
Phase: Live Account”

The shocking part? The MT5 platform was blocked immediately, but when I checked on Trading View, the trade was actually floating in profit!

I immediately tried to contact them by email , only to receive a bounce-back message from Gmail:
“Address not found – the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.”

I also messaged their WhatsApp support at +44 7861 395161, and it’s now been over 12 hours with no response.

This account was not easy for me to purchase – it took hard-earned money and a lot of hope. Now, I don’t even know if or when I’ll be able to afford another funded account. This platform shattered my trust. No real support, no accountability, and clearly no intention of fairness.

I will continue updating this review as things develop, but as of now, Fusion Funded appears to be a complete scam. Be warned and stay away.

This app is totally useless No one should use this app, it is a very useless app.

I had a really disappointing experience with this website. The layout is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find anything. Pages take forever to load, and half the links don’t even work. I also encountered constant pop-ups and ads that made browsing unbearable. Worst of all, customer support is completely unresponsive—I emailed twice and never got a reply. Overall, it felt like a poorly maintained site that doesn’t care about its users. Definitely won’t be returning.
