Communication was excellent from the outset. I discussed my security needs and got some excellent advice. Utterly professional and never pushy, Jaro patiently answered my questions and also liaised with the dealership to arrange fitting of the security devices before I took possession of my new vehicle. The installation itself was carried out professionally and without issues by Martin who also followed it all up with a phone call to talk me through use of the new devices and answer any remaining question I may have had. I was very happy with the whole process from order to installation. The installation is very neat, the installer arrived on time and was polite and helpful. The lock is great, so easy to use and gives you the peace of mind that there is an extra level of security to stop the risk of the van being stolen.

Having researched and watched the YouTube videos on Bearlock I decided to get one fitted to my new van and contacted Theftstop.
A very pleasant and professional service throughout. Jaro fully explained how the lock works and fully answered the questions I had.
Martin was the installer on the day and again was very professional and thorough. Very pleased with the result.
It was a 550 mile / 10hr round trip for me but it was worth it and I would recommend Theftstop without question.
