The Foggy Dog Omdömen

I have ordered quite a few times, many collars and the walk sets with leash, collar and waste bag. I love the prints and patterns and tend to hold up well for my mini schnauzer. I ordered a sweater and an interactive stuffie toy that had some manufacturing defects and contacted customer service. They were super helpful and offered solutions that I was happy with. I wish the shipping was faster considering you have to pay for it but I’ve never had to wait too long for items to arrive. I’d definitely say I trust this brand and am confident they would stand behind their product if anything was wrong with it when it arrives.

Very cute and quality dog products from collars, bandanas, and dog toys.
I’ve been purchasing The Foggy Dog products for my dog for last year 3 years and it continues to my favorite and go to brand!

I have several items from Foggy Dog including accessories and sweaters for my frenchies. I have been very pleased with the fit and stylishness. I am taking one star off because I recently purchased a dog bed that has given me a bit of trouble. While it is very soft and luxe, it is quite difficult to put together each time I wash it and it ends up being very lopsided due to the bolster inserts. It was quite expensive and it should be easier to assemble without it looking so askew. With that said, I would not hesitate to order again from this company (maybe just not a bed).

I have now made 4 purchases from Foggy Dog: first was only a collar, then a matching harness, then a leash and now an Olipop x TFD interactive toy and I can say this company stands behind high quality, stylish products! Everything has been not only well made, but I love that the items feel fresh in design and very closely match the online descriptions. Delivery has been timely and now I go to the Foggy Dog website consistently to look at their new product launches. Thank you for caring so much about the pets we love so much!

Foggy Dog is an excellent company to deal with. I bought two winter, knitted scarfs for my two labradors for their Christmas picture. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the scarves and reasonable pricing. I ended up buying another scarf for a Labrador friend and also two collars for a friend with a cute Cavasjon. Guess I will be buying 2 collars for my 2 boys for Christmas. Their collar prints and colors are so vibrant and unique. Thank you Foggy Dog!

All of the items we have ordered from Foggy Dog have been outstanding! They love the interactive toys with hiding places for treats. The embroidered blanket is beautiful. The bandanas are high quality as well. When I hasmd a shipping delay, the customer service team was responsive. I will be back for more!

My pup loves all his Foggy Dog toys! They are durable (surviving his teething and rough play) AND super cute. The collars are also great with such fun patterns.

Customer Service is 10/10 - no notes for the team!

My dog has been wearing Foggy Dog collars for years and also has the leash. Everything has been well made and durable, and the seasonal options are always adorable. One feature that keeps me a repeat customer is the fact that the collars have no plastic, only metal. Shipping has been reliable.

We have been ordering from Foggy Dog for years. We love their products and fun designs. Changing our pups colar from season to season is a joy and such a great update. Their customer service is responsive, and the personalization and toys are also top quality. We're customers for life!

I have purchased several items from engraved collars to sweaters and jackets as well as received several as gifts. Everything i have received is great quality, well made and looks fantastic. Shipping has always been speedy, even on engraved and personalized items. We absolutely love Foggy Dog!

We purchased a leash/ collar combination from The Foggy Dog that we (and our pup!) love!. Unfortunately, the leash lost its resilience and the clasp broke. I reached out to The Foggy Dog and provided an explanation and proof of what happened and they happily made the situation right. I was thoroughly impressed with the quick responses, kindness, and humanity shown by Vanessa at The Foggy Dog and would recommend them - not just for their wonderful products - but for the level of customer service I received.

This is our favorite place to get Mini, our sweet German Shepard, Mini, all her leashes, charms, and accessories. We just bought the Lake Blue Stripe Bolster Dog Bed and will add a review once she gets back from training so we can add a picture of her in it. I absolutely love this company. I look forward to seeing their newsletters and always have multiple items in my cart! Such a great selection. Vanessa also was so great to work with on a shipping situation we had. So kind and so sweet. Highly highly recommend sharing this business with all your friends!

The fabric faded and the metal tarnished and turned my dogs blonde fur green. It also irritated her skin under the clasp so bad that it gave her a little sore.

DO NOT BUY A FOGGY DOG HARNESS/LEASH IF YOUR DOG IS A RUNNER. My dog, a 10 lbs chihuahua, was able to pull hard enough that she got loose from the leash in a busy parking lot. We are so blessed no one was driving through the lot at the time. No tiny dog or any size dog should be able to come unclapsed like that.

I have purchased over 2 dozen collars and bows for my two dogs from The Foggy Dog, as well as other accessories. They are always well-made and, unlike knock offs, the clasps are sturdy and remain connected when my 80 pound dog tugs. Anyone rating this company low does not understand what this product is meant to be. These are not nylon camping collars. They are fashion collars and the price reflects the designer fabrics and materials. Do not spend $50+ on a collar and bow if that is not your seasonal budget. These are meant to be attire, not workhorses. My most recent collars are almost 4 months old and look great. We are shopping for summer options and replace 3-4 times a year plus wash and keep old patterns for mix-in.

My experience with Foggy Dog has been beyond outstanding. The bed I ordered for Theo is not only beautiful but extremely well made. Vanessa gave me wonderful advice and her follow thru was meticulous.
I can’t say enough about this companies customer service.

I ordered the evergreen gingham collar. It looks black and not green. The buckle is so heavy it makes it heavy for the dog to wear. I can't return it because it is personalized . A waste of $52

Company never sent confirmation for the order so I canceled. To my surprise the item arrived today and they are taking no responsibility. Per response from the company they suposibly donate to, they have no record of any relationship and were happy I brought this to their attention.

The reviews did make me double-take buying from the foggy dog. While I am unaware of their other products, I'm very glad I gave them a chance the dog tags are beautiful. The pet tag keeper is also really convenient with swapping from collar to harness. if you're wondering size-wise, and your dog is somewhere near German Pointer height I'd start going for large.
Also was surprised in regard to the back labels that despite the dashes in the format, when I put my friend's name for the top one they just used regular spaces and even punctuated the middle initial. Thought that was very considerate and I definitely recommend their tags if your searching for one.
