The Foggy Dog Omdömen

The Foggy Dog is a trusted company that produces cute and quality products. They also are very efficient, cooperative and quick with deliveries and returns.

Big variety of accessories! There's something for every dog, truly. We love that they always rotate their designs as these change with the seasons. We own a lot of different collars, a walking set, sweaters and a raincoat and they are all still in perfect condition. Additionally, customer support is great, once we had doubts with the sizing of a sweater and they were extremely helpful!

We love Foggy Dog! Our dog has exclusively worn Foggy Dog collars since she was a puppy. They are durable, well-made, and the designs are super cute. They have great customer service too!

Good customer service

The cutest designs, quality products, and quick shipping! We love The Foggy Dog!

This is my 5th collar and 3rd harness and leash set from Foggy Doggy. I get so many compliments and the quality is great and the shipping is quick. Love the products. My only complaint is I wish you shipped to England. Can only buy when I am in USA.

The Foggy Dog is your go to pet accessories shop. We love the seasonal variety of items offered.

My puppy pilot has really enjoyed his collar and leach set. It has been fun to switch collars and enjoy the variety of different patterns and colors offered on the website

I have loved every item I’ve gotten from The Foggy Dog. Leashes, toys, bows, active bag and dog baggie holders; all items have been exceptional quality, machine washable and loved by my pup

We’ve placed multiple orders and haven’t been disappointed yet!! Love every bandana

Foggy dog is some of the best quality for pet ware and the designs are so cute! I really like their seasonal wear and all their matching sets! Between my mom and I we have at least 10 collars alone from foggy dog so we definitely recommend!

As in the past many years of purchasing for my dog and m friends/family dogs, my dog walk set is perfect. From the initial cart to final order, the process flowed seamlessly with Shopify. Although a bit pricey, the process is good.

As a first time dog owner I spent a lot of time finding the right collar for my puppy. After purchasing several different collars from various sites I found Foggy Dog and fell in love with their collars. The fit is perfect for my small dog and it’s comfortable for her to wear all day and night, easy to size and adjust. I love the styles and the quality, and they hold up well with all the doggy activities. I am excited for the upcoming holiday collars!

They have fast shipping, adorable products and fair prices! I love that they also donate food with a portion of every order! An overall great company!

Always a great experience. They have amazing collar colors - especially seasonal ones. Shipping is fast.

Foggy Dog is great unless you have to return something.

I spent about $200 on my first order, was super excited for the products (pet id tags, pet id keepers, charms), and was happy to support rescue shelters.

Products arrived and I immediately noticed 2 pet id tags were defective/scratched with very obvious marks.

Then I tried reaching out to Foggy Dog. Phone number does not work/out of service.

Then I found an email. Cool, that makes things easy and I can send pictures.

LOL. I spent the next 23 days going back and forth with Vanessa in customer service. Might as well have been talking to a wall.

I finally gave up, they refused to take responsibility for the two defective items. It didn’t matter that I contacted them the same day of delivery, with photos, and I simply wanted the two exchanged out for the exact same product.

What should have been an easy return because hey, things happen turned into a needless weeks-long drama of me trying to return two defective items. Instead, when they refused for 23 days, I returned everything that hadn’t been used and wasn’t personalized.

I could sit here and copy pasta the email exchanges but I don’t want to spend any more energy on this awful company.

If you’re here reading bad reviews, you’ve probably already had to try to deal with trying to return something with them.

I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

I only hope my review saves anyone else the bother and wasted money.

The Foggy Dog is the only store we’ll get our dog’s collars from! The designs are adorable and hold up very well, especially for our dog, who has a habit of rolling around like crazy at the dog park. The buckle is also very easy to read, and I like that it’s one less tag she has to wear on her collar. We are very impressed!

I really love The Foggy Dog’s quality and designs. I’ve found them to be very thoughtful crafted and considered.

I love the quality and durability of their products! We got Kashs’ favorite bow tie and collars from here. The dangles are a cute little touch and are so festive!

I've ordered multiple items from Foggy Dog now and they have all been amazing! The collars hold up beautifully and wash well. The harness is the only harness we've found that doesn't cause matting on our pup's fur. Will order again - not because it's wearing out or doesn't work, but rather because we want to add more cute patterns!
