BEWARE OF THIS "COMPANY"
I ordered two on 11/28/2022 and I cant get a status on my order except for it's processing. I received an email that it shipped 11/30/2022 but the shipping number is very shady. I really am starting to think this is a scam company. BEWARE!!

Utterly dreadful- be careful.
I purchased 4 orbs for Christmas presents. They took over a month to arrive, and the products had been bent in transit.
I paid £70 for them, which was apparently at a 'sale' rate. They came in flimsy boxes with dreadful looking packaging. Honestly looked like they had been home printed. The orbs smell horrible- like chemicals. It's a really strong smell. They are very cheaply made- they look like they are from the pound shop.
There are minimal instructions, they do not hover and they most certainly do not come back to you when you throw them.
I am very disappointed with the quality for the money I paid. I am embarrassed to give these as a gift- if I would have seen them in a shop I would not have purchased them.
I am certain this company are scamming people be a there are no negative reviews on their website and their Facebook page doesn't have reviews enabled. They emailed me for a review for their website... which surprise surprise isn't on there.
I do not recommend these products, and I do not recommend this dishonest company.

Very bad customer service and I question the legitimacy of the site and will be looking into it further. Please note item ships from overseas. I recommend getting this item elsewhere.

Excellent Customer Service and product
Excellent Customer Service and product. Received first fly orbb quickly but it had a faulty usb connection; after sending evidence, a replacement was sent AMAZINGLY quickly. Had been a bit anxious about placing order initially as could not find reviews etc. but I would happily place more orders with this company.
