BEST PLACE IN WEST YORKSHIRE
Brilliant place for all your flooring needs. We recently purchased vinyl flooring for some rooms in our home and the choices presented to us were outstanding. Ben the salesperson was professional and really helpful.
We already visited several other places beforehand and I can confirm that the prices at the Flooring Outlet are unbeatable.

Laminate flooring
I’m very happy to find this store and I’m more happier to recommend to anyone who thinks to buy a flooring in Kirklees area.
I find out that they sell the best quality, the best price flooring and there are a most friendly staff.
I ordered the laminate floor for my bedroom and living room and from the 15 boxes I have no damage on it, so I just have to go visit them and get some more because I want them to kitchen to.
If I can I will give them 10⭐️

I don’t recommend this company
I don’t recommend this company. The two workmen totally ruined my door frames and skirting boards and floors as well as the awful job done to my hard flooring. I had the floor skimmed to be extra flat and it’s now rippled.
They invalidated my new home 2 year warranty as they tried to move sinks and toilets without telling me and caused leaks I had to pay to fix. I also had to pay for a decorator to repaint my skirting boards and mend the door frames they had hacked into. They told me I had to get rid of all the remnants which I took to the tip, the tip staff asked me to remove the mixed remnants out of the bags to sort into relevant skips, I put my hand in only to find loose Stanley blades in there. I contacted the manager who brushed me off with a lighthearted sorry. So I contacted the owner of this company back in May 2024 and I haven’t had a response. I also included 64 photos of the shoddy work.
I’m disgusted that my brand new home has been ruined by this company.

Hi Maria, firstly I would like to apologise for the issues you encountered during your project. We welcome and appreciate all feedback as we continue to improve and learn. As you can see from our hundreds of 5-star reviews, we take our jobs extremely seriously, and would never want anybody to feel mistreated by the work we do.
I however would like to confirm publicly that all of the floor-related issues have already been completely rectified. You have dealt with myself (Ben, the owner) throughout this entire process, and at no point have you been ignored or given any lighthearted responses.
The sub-contracted installation team re-visited the property on at least two occasions to fix the areas of concern, after which you confirmed you were happy with the work they had completed. The floor levelling was corrected and the full floor re-laid, and all work tidied up to your satisfaction.
For any concerns regarding further issues in terms of warranties or third party damage, we would be happy to support you through any processes in getting this rectified. All installation teams have their own insurances, and if you believe they have caused any undue damage we will always assist the customer wherever we can. If there’s also anything we can do personally, we are always open to discussing this.

From the first point of contact to the end product I can’t thank the team enough.
They were prompt with their samples and efficient with fitting.
We liaised with Ben and he was professional with his opinion and listened to our ideas. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order and exceeded any expectations from start to finish.
Having just moved into a new build, the flooring was a big step for us in making a house a home and we’re so glad The Flooring Outlet could facilitate that for us.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else and can highly recommend.
