The Flooring Guys Omdömen

The whole experience was painless, website easy to negotiate, extremely good pricing, quick delivery with notification along the way, could ask for better service, and so, so happy with our new rug.

Amazing job, they replace our floors in only 2 days. Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend, 5 stars.

My rug was a lovely surprise, it’s very good quality, so soft and velvety. Delivery was very fast.

A very friendly and helpful bunch of guys.
They advised on the products without being pushy.
They have a massive collection, from the budget price bracket, to the more premium brands.
Their prices are very competitive, and I found them to be cheaper than other outlets / suppliers.
I ordered my flooring (120mts) on Thursday, and collected it today, extremely quick.
They also help me load my Ute and trailer.

Without doubt, I would recommend the Flooring Guys of Slacks Creek, Queensland.
Thanks Guys, great service, and great product at a very competitive price

Ellen was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great service - would highly recommend.

The rug looks great in our living room. Perfect for the industrial decor we have. These types of purchases on line can be a bit hit and miss but the rug is exactly as described and shown on website. Delivery was a bit slow but process was smooth and rug was in great condition when it arrived.

Have been waiting for my carpets to be cleaned & today I’ve finally put down my beautiful new rug, This is to replace the original one I had & it fits into the room so well & looks amazing.

Delivery was prompt, the whole process ran smoothly.Thank you so much, will certainly use this company again!

Easy to order & complete payment. Had to chase up my order & once I did delivery came quickly. Love the 2 rugs. 1 of the rugs flattened out well, the round one has ripples & finding it hard to flatten & as I’m older at present it’s a tripping hazard. I would buy from The Flooring Guys again

Homage Grey Transitional rug. Sceptical about buying a rug online, but it is great. Picture is a great representation of colour. Very soft underfoot. Door to door delivery. Very pleased.

Ben and the team at the Flooring Guys did a great job on my laminate floor. No issues with the quality of the work and great communication from Ben.

I brought 220metres of laminate flooring from Tom Slacks Creek to be done in 2 stages. First stage done. I am now looking to do 2nd stage and Tom does not return phone calls or texts. Mailbox is full. Finally got back to me via text promising to send email with date and price. That was 2 weeks ago. I dont know how you can stay in business when you dont return calls and are uncontactable. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I received my gorgeous rug, which was in perfect condition, packaged extremely well and I received it in no time, very pleased with my purchase, thank you.

Beautiful rug. Great colours and nice and plush to walk on.

Great rugs at very competitive prices. Shipping was fast and the rugs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. A very positive experience shopping with the Flooring Guys.

Quick to respond. Great service. Great prices.

I read the reviews and decided to purchase LVP through the floor guys as they had an extremely competitive price. Big mistake. Happy to take the order, sit on my money for over a month with no contact, before telling me it was going to be another month before shipping. I opted for a refund, it took weeks for them to process it and only occurred after I threatened legal action to recover the funds

No communication, no organisation, spend the extra few hundred extra somewhere and get the product delivered.

Very professional service, with good quality products at reasonable prices.

Great communication and attitude. I know nothing about flooring and they give me a wonderful explanation and installation.

Very professional flooring service. Ross handled everything from start to finish and made the whole process simple and well organised. Communication was clear, timelines were reasonable, and everything went exactly as discussed. It was a very smooth experience and I felt confident throughout the project.
